Peaceful Home near River and St Jude

Experience an amazing CORNER island home in close proximity to Mississippi River & 5 minute's drive to Memphis downtown / medical district. Ample patio space for kids to have fun. Both room downstairs. Tv in living room (50), master room (42) & Guest (42)
We are new hosts but have travelled around the world & aim to use that experience to create a comfortable & memorable stay for you.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
REMOVE all personal belongings when you depart and throw the trash in bin outside the garage. Complete a thorough check before you leave. We are not responsible for any belongings left at property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
LOCALS are NOT ALLOWED. Quiet Hours from 10 pm to 6 am. Guest will be charged for any damages or item missing.
$200 penalty for smoking or bringing a pet in the house. SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED AT PROPERTY (not even in patio or garage or porch) No WEAPONS allowed.
