5 major issues.
1. We specifically looked for places with ground rooms or a lift. This place did not state in the write up that it was on the 4th floor and that meant 5 floors of tight spiral stairs cases.
2. We also specifically rented a place with a washing machine as we were staying for 2 weeks in Europe and the was then end our first week. We were going to wash all the laundry for the second week. After the first load, we noticed that the washing machine was broken. When we told the owner- his response was that he will have it fixed after we leave and that there was a coin laundry down the street.
3. In the listing it said that the place was equiped with AC. There was no AC. There was a Dyson humidifier that blew cold mist. When I asked how to turn on the AC, that is what the owner directed me to turn on
4. The place was dirty. The couch was filthy where the kids slept, mold in the bathroom, floor was not installed properly and there were gaps…
5. The apartment was right above bars that didn’t close until 2-3am. We could not open the windows for airflow because the noise on the streets was so loud.
