Excelente propiedad, muy bien cuidada y cómoda. Ideal para dos personas con todas las necesidades.

Excelente atención del Sr. Pascal. Apartamento muy bien ubicado en el centro de París, todo se puede hacer caminando. Todos los elementos disponibles en el apartamento funcionan excelentemente y son de calidad. Propiedad luminosa y muy silenciosa, especialmente por la noche, se descansa bien. El acceso es por escalera, son tres pisos altos, eso sí cuesta un poco. Las personas que posean dificultades de movilidad les sería difícil el acceso. En lo demás, todo altamente satisfactorio.

Cute Studio, excellent location

Pascal and Virginia were exceptional hosts. The apartment is centrally located in the 2nd arr. The apartment is clean, nicely decorated, with great use of space. Tons of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. 5 stars. The stairs keep you in shape as there a a lot of them, 3rd floor. Which is actually 4th flr US. Despite the stairs we would definitely stay again.

Great studio in 2nd Arr.

Great location. While very small, this studio was very comfortable, attractive, and very efficiently arranged. Electric Murphy bed — fine as a couch and incredibly comfortable as a bed. We slept great. Very quiet because the windows face an interior courtyard so no street noises. Both translucent curtains for privacy with light during the day and dark curtains for nighttime. Excellent shower. Well supplied in bathroom (soap, shampoo, etc.) and kitchen. Owner/manager provide great info in an email for both everything in the apartment (how to operate the TV, washer/dryer, where to put trash, etc.) and useful info on the neighborhood. We recommend reading it right away because there is very appropriate info on being a good neighbor in the building, too. They were also fast to respond when we had a question. We would stay there again if we want that neighborhood or hope to stay in another of their properties elsewhere in Paris on our next trip.

Efficient, Quiet Flat in Exquisite Location

Pascal was very thoughtful and thorough during the check-in process and in correspondence. The flat is very efficient despite its size, with plenty of storage and essentials. Also, the flat is very quiet. Facing an inner courtyard of a private area, I was able to rest and sleep with surprisingly quiet given the centralized location. The location is wonderful: close to the Marais, the Tuileries, the Louvre, Musée d'Orsay. Except to arrive from the Gare de Lyon, I never had to take the metro to have a relaxed, fun stay in Paris.

Very disappointing

During my stay at this apartment, water intruded into the apartment from the upper unit. The manager of unit (Pascal) did not respond to my emails. I was forced to move out of the unit, and had to rent other accommodations. The manager did not offer a refund and only stated that if I booked with him again he would adjust the price. The manager also asked for payment outside of the site. Do yourself a favor and avoid this or any other property from this manager.

Great apartment in a perfectly central location with superb value.

We had an excellent time staying here. The apartment was easy to find and upon our arrival we were warmly greated by Pascal. The apartment is newly renovated, had all the necessary amenities, and was very comfortable. Everything was very clean, the place was quiet at night, and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again.

Authentic stay in the heart of Paris!

First of all, Pascal is an amazing host! He got us situated right away when we arrived. Check-in and check-out are extremely convenient and stress-free. The apartment was very clean when we arrived. The air conditioning was amazing! It was close to 90 degrees for the whole week we were there so coming back to AC was very refreshing. The bed is very comfortable and easy to pull out with the remote. The kitchen comes with basic pots, pans, and utensils so we were able to cook some of our meals. The bathroom is newly updated with a lot of storage space. The apartment is the perfect size for two people. Pascal has done an amazing job utilizing the space in the apartment. This is also a perfect location. There are a couple of metro stops right by the apartment. We usually went to “La Bourse” to get around. That was about a 3 minute walk. We walked right to the Louvre in less than 10 minutes. There are a plethora of AMAZING cafés and restaurants all around the apartment. You can just walk around and stumble upon one and hang out with the locals! You are about a ten minute walk to the Opera and Galleries Lafayette. We also loved to walk to le Marais district. It is so amazing there and has so many things to see and do. The shopping is great as well. We also were able to walk to the Centre Pompidou. We felt very safe walking around the area and never had any problems. This location makes it very possible to walk to the main attractions of Paris. Overall we had a perfect experience and would recommend Pascal’s apartment to anyone who would like an authentic stay in Paris! You can’t beat this stay!

Cute Apartment in Ideal Location

Pascal's apartment is ideally located in the 2nd and is close to nearly everything! It's a 3rd floor walkup so be prepared to climb some stairs but that added to the feeling of actually living in Paris. The building is very quiet and peaceful even though the street outside is bustling. Pascal met with us the day we arrived to make sure that we were settled and had everything that we needed. He also proceeded to give us names of restaurants that he enjoys (several of which we visited) and places of interest. The apartment is small but was also quite spacious and was equipped with everything that you may need for either a short or long stay (fridge, coffee maker, pots and pans). Although it wasn't too hot when I stayed, the air conditioning was very nice to have to make sleeping even more pleasant. I would not hesitate in returning again. Pascal is a charming host that really cares about his renters.

It was a wonderful place to stay, exactly as it appears.

Pascal was a fabulous host, very helpful and he had everything there that we could possibly need. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to all of our friends. The location is great and being there in the summer when the temperature was very hot, the air conditioning was a real lifesaver.

Great in every way!

So many positives! Great location - quick walk to the Metro, less than a 15 min walk to the Louvre, about a 10 min walk to Palais Garnier/Galeries Lafayette. Easy check in process - Pascal sends a detailed email a few days before check-in with all the necessary details Has everything we needed for a week, including a washer/dryer! Lots of storage, and very efficient use of the space Well stocked with toiletries, laundry detergent, dish soap, dishes, cutlery, etc. Good & fast Wifi Well functioning A/C (it was SO hot and humid while we were there) Best thing was Pascal makes every effort to personally welcome you to his place. He showed us how to use everything in the unit, and had lots of great restaurant suggestions. He's also very reachable during the stay for any issues. If we're ever in Paris again, we'd definitely stay here again!

L'appartamento è piccolo ma dotato di tutto, il proprietario Pascal è una persona gentilissima..

È la prima volta che soggiorniamo con Homeaway, ma sono sicuro che lo useremo altre volte. L'appartamento che abbiamo prenotato ci ha soddisfatto a pieno. Al nostro arrivo lo abbiamo trovato pulito in ogni parte. Le dimensioni sono piccole ma ha il Wi-Fi ed il telefono gratuito (quest'ultimo solo gratuito solo per i paesi europei), aria condizionata, TV, bagno privato con doccia ed il necessario (asciugacapelli, salviette, asciugamani etc...), cucinotto con tutto il necessario, un tavolino ed un divano letto motorizzato. Unico neo, ma comprensibile visto che lo stabile è un vecchio stabile, è che non c'è l'ascensore. Pascal abita al piano terreno dello stabile, l'accesso esterno è dotato di porta ad apertura a codice, mentre l'appartamento ha una porta blindata, inoltre vi un portinaio e una donna delle pulizie. Ci sono due stazioni del metro molto vicine, Bourse ad 1 minuto a piedi e Operà ad un paio di minuti. La zona è piena di supermercati, cafe, boulangerie (consigliate Eric Kayser e Paul entrambe vicine), ristoranti (consigliati sono Le Mesturet a pochi passi) e bistrot. Pascal, il proprietario dell'appartamento, è un signore distinto e molto gentile, ci ha anche prenotato anche il servizio macchina da e per Orly, mi moglie è in cinta.

Perfect space and location

I've traveled numerous times to Paris and each time I rent an apartment. I like to find a different apartment each time I go. This apartment is perfect for one person (maybe 2 if you're traveling light). There is tons of storage space and everything was well thought out. The apartment is a 12 minute walk from the Roissy-bus. It is close to 3 metro stations (#3 line, Bourse being a 2 minute walk). There is a daily Monop' right around the corner. There is a market 2x/week at the Bourse and also a Flea market 1x/week. Rue Montorgueil is a 7 minute walk. There is an Eric Kayser Bakery within 4 minutes. Pascal is the ultimate host. He even supplied tissues, toilet tissue, napkins, shampoo, etc (all the stuff I usually bring from the States so I don't have to buy it there.) Any issues, such as battling with the washing machine, Pascal was immediately available. You will certainly get your workout in as the apartment is on the 3rd floor (4th US) with 62 steps to climb and descend each time. The wifi is very fast, the automatic Murphy Bed is very comfortable, and the bathroom is equipped with a great shower and towel warmer. I have to return to Paris in the fall and I will certainly rent another apartment from Pascal. In fact, Pascal lives on the ground floor of this building. I will never stay in a hotel in Paris again. The last time was in 2001. It is so much more economical and you will feel much more part of the culture and a neighborhood by renting an apartment.

Great location and so comfortable!

My husband and I were delighted with the comfort and well thought-out design of this small studio. Everything was new and of the highest quality. The location was extremely convenient to so many of the right bank sights, with restaurants and markets nearby. Pascal was very welcoming and helpful. We highly recommend this apartment and encourage potential travelers to visit Paris in spite of recent events. It is a glorious city!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay in this studio appartement. I would recommend it for any single travelers or a couple. The bed was so comfortable that I ended up sleeping in on some mornings, even though Paris was at my doorstep! Pascal was very kind and explained everything to me (how to use the television remotes and the Laundry Machine). I felt very welcomed and safe and will definitely be staying in this appartement or any others that Pascal is managing when I return to Paris.

Comfort and convenience

I spent two weeks in this lovely studio. Everything is well-considered for convenience and comfort. I stored all of my belongings in the closets and drawers, allowing me to keep the studio tidy. The bathroom is ultra-modern will upscale fixtures including a rain shower and heated towel rack. The Murphy bed is operated by remote control to raise it into a cupboard, converting it to a sofa during the day. There is a modern heating/cooling system built-in to the apartment, wi-fi and a TV. The owner is welcoming and hospitable. This is the third Paris apartment that I've rented from him over the years, and will rent again in the future. As a woman traveling alone, I felt safe here. The location is near my friends who live in Paris, so this gave me a Parisian neighborhood experience, out of the tourism areas, but within easy walking distance to the Louvre in one direction, or Grand Boulevards in another. There are several metro stops nearby for zipping to other parts of Paris. There are true French restaurants nearby, especially for dinner, that I frequented more than once.
