The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place all towels in laundry hamper on wheels in the stairwell going down to the basement. You do not need to strip the beds, but please do not make them in morning so cleaners know to clean.
Please take trash & recycling out to bins on right side of house (when facing the front of the home) by the backyard gate under the kitchen window. Please review the trash/recycling days on fridge.
Please review the checkout instructions posted on the refrigerator for additional check-out steps. Check-out is at 10 AM and cleaners may arrive as early as 10:05 AM to begin flipping the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please no guests that are not accounted in total booked, we have security cameras on exterior to protect you and the property and will be notified
Should guest count exceed reservation amount, we reserve the right to terminate the stay without a refund. Please be honest as fees are based on this
