Relax and enjoy the beachy feel of this wonderful villa and its private setting. It offers all the amenities of home along with a heated, south facing pool in a screened-in, and the Gulf of Mexico nearby.
The great room invites you to relax on a comfortable sofa and two recliners. You can enjoy TV or a movie on a 55” flat screen TV. There is also a DVD player, stereo, surround sound, movies, books, puzzles, and games. Or you can just enjoy the view of the lanai and pool.
The kitchen comes fully equipped for either cooking-up a quick snack or a full course meal. Dine at the breakfast bar or kitchen nook with its bistro table that seats six. Again you have a beautiful view of the lanai/pool area.
The master suite is bright and airy and has a king-size bed, 32” TV, and the en suite bathroom has a walk in shower.
One guest bedroom has a full-size bed and the other guest room has one queen and one twin bed.
The twin guest room has the wonderful view of the lanai/pool area.
The both share the second bath with a tub/shower combination.
The pavers on the private lanai make it an attractive spot to dine, lounge, swim, and barbecue with family and friends. This villa also features, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, cooler, gas grill, and fishing poles.

Englwood property

House was beautiful inside. The homes roof was covered with tarp and the neighbors was under construction due to damage from hurricane Ian. Location was good and close enough to beaches and restaurants. Once the area is finally cleaned up from hurricane damage, I would recommend this property.

Since Catagory 5 hurricane Ian hit us head on, the owner had the poolcage repaired to give clients a good swimming and lanai experience. The roof was also repaired to prevent water from entering the home during the rainy season which is coming up now. There was much debris and the trees were cut back away from the house. We had a severe drought this past winter and it was not yet time to try and see to the landscaping. Thank you

Great house and great location

House is great location, about 10 minutes from Manasota Key. House has been painted a beautiful blue color from the tan in picture. Pool lights at night didn't work, property manager was attentive and had someone come look but were not fixed during our 2 week stay, but pool heat was nice and warm. Couch in house is fake leather and was peeling badly, should be replaced for future renters, we had to use a sheet over it during our stay. Would definitely consider staying here in the future.

Private, Great Location, Perfect for family vacation!!

Our family stayed in this wonderful home for a little over 2 weeks. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, and is surrounded by wonderful growth and trees offering a sense of security and privacy. Not far at all from shopping centers, and only 15 minutes to Englewood Beach. The house is well cared for, including everything that you would need as far as kitchen supplies and other housewares. The home features a clean, private pool with lanai that makes the pool an amazing escape. The pictures do not do the property justice! Would recommend to anyone looking for a well valued vacation! Would not hesitate to rent a home from Lou & Rita again! Thanks for everything!

A Truly Wonderful House in a Quiet Neighborhood

We loved this house in Englewood. It is very well furnished, full of kitchen supplies and cookware (you won't need to bring anything other than groceries), comfortable, clean and rather elegant in a home-spun kind of way. Wonderful tables and chairs, beds aplenty, a fun pool, and an excellent outdoor grill. Everything worked properly, the home was spotlessly clean, the communications with Lou and Rita were excellent (we had some reservation troubles but they worked through it with us patiently and kindly), and we were able to relax and enjoy all of the beaches (Englewood, Manasota, and Boca Grande) that are nearby. Access to Interstate 75 was easy and quick, and we ran up to Sarasota a couple of times for big city fun. But the house is tucked away in a quiet, peaceful and well-to-do neighborhood, and we could have just as happily stayed home to relax in the sun and the pool. The TV/DVD/Blue Ray/Sound system was state of the art and easy to use (if you know your way around five different remote controllers), and there was a good variety of DVD movies left there by the owners for us to enjoy. The kitchen was furnished with every pot and pan we could think to use. There were some staples (spices, etc) there to make it convenient for us. My advice - look through the pantry before you go to the grocery store. You won't have to spend money on a lot of things. The two leather recliners were very comfortable, the poolside table was large and convenient, and the bathrooms were well done. I would rate this home five out of five stars in every way. Do not hesitate to book a vacation here. You will be very pleased with the entire package.

Great stay

Everything was perfect, even with the current situation of the hurricanes the house was still beautiful and put together. Honestly it was better then the pictures. Everything we could've wanted or needed was supplied (beach towels, beach chairs, sand toys, pool toys for the kids and even fishing poles. We were very impressed. The only thing I could say about this beautiful home is that the leather couch is kind of falling apart. I would absolutely stay there again!

Bad property manager

Stayed at this location for two weeks. Prior to arrival, the property manager did not contact me with the door access information. When I reached out to him a couple days before, he had no idea that the house was reserved. Had me reach out to him the next day to confirm. During the stay, there was no internet access and the cell signal was spotty. TV services were not available either even though all the neighbors had proper internet and TV. Contacted the property manager and he said he will look into it but did not hear back. A couple of days later, I reached to him again and he acted as if it was fixed. The day prior to check out, he called to tell me that I must check out on time because someone else was coming in and then continue to say that he couldn’t get the internet working and I should write a letter to the owners, without showing any compassion. On the day of the checkout, we vacated the property by 10 AM but at 10:15 AM, the property manager shows up and gets out of his car saying very rudely “What’s going on, I was told you’d be out by 10. I explained to him that the house is vacant and we’re just loading the car. To the owners: find a new property manager.

Home was stocked with essentials which is so helpful! Children loved the pool. The home was wonderfully maintained. Lou was very communicative and notified us of an AC issue before we arrived and it was fixed within an hour. We all said we’d stay here again. Shopping was super close. Quick drive to the beautiful beaches.

Appliances needed attention.

Nice property. Only issue was with aging appliances. Dishwasher did not work and ice maker in refrigerator was very loud. Notified manager and they were prepared to have repair person scheduled to fix units. We elected to waive the repair to avoid disruption to our stay. Assuming repairs have now been made.
