Meadow Creek is located just steps to Free TOV bus (every 20 minutes) in West Vail. Lots of space for you to enjoy Vail at a reasonable cost. The grocery stores, several restaurants that are located in West Vail are just across the interstate from our town home. Great location and a great value! Covered carport parking space, fireplace, deck and remodeled kitchen.

I have a professional management company on call 24 hours a day to assist with any problems you may encounter. Direct Key Pick-Up, Keys Not Left 'Under the Mat'. Minimum Stay is 3 - 6 Nights. For stays of 3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived. This residence does not have air conditioning.

Property Manager will send a separate invoice for Room and Tax to be filled out and sent to them.

Reasons to Book With Us:

1. Check-in with a live person in Vail (keys not left under a mat)
2. We have a full-time local property manager, Vail Realty providing check-in, concierge,
maintenance, housekeeping and answering all your questions.
3. Free ski storage in Vail Village.
4. Secure payments are made through Vail Realty, a Real Estate agency licensed by the Colorado Real Estate Commission.
5. Guest Services include discount lift tickets, car rentals, ground transportation, ski rentals, and grocery delivery.

VRBO NEW RESERVATIONS will be confirmed with 50% payment due within 24 hours of booking (no extensions).
Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival date, with the exception of “Holiday Reservations”. Full payment for Holiday Reservations is due by November 1st. Holiday Reservations are defined as any reservation that includes any of the days from December 19th to January 2nd, inclusive.

Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to check-in; all payments are 100% refundable.
Cancellations less than 60 days prior to check-in are non-refundable.

PAYMENT DUE DATE failure to make payment by payment due date will result in cancellation of reservation and full forfeiture of all payments.

All cancellations must be received in writing.

Booking fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.

Awesome place to stay for skiing

Super spacious place to have 5 people stay at. Easy to check in with rental management company and great communication. Location was right next to the public bus stop that brought you to the base of the ski towns.

Vail Realty Does an Excellent Job

From the moment we confirmed our booking, Vail Realty was extremely welcoming and efficient. Lee was incredibly responsive, the staff was extremely friendly, and the unit was warm and inviting. We stayed for a week and could not have been happier

Nice place good value plenty of room for 5 or more. Location was decent overall a nice place to stay. Just didn't have very many things. For the condo other than salt, pepper and all the cooking utensils. We gifted some spices and coffee. When we left.
