The resort was beautiful, the room was gorgeous and exactly as described. The booking process was easy and communication with our host up to our trip was wonderful. When we arrived we were able to utilize the very nice large pool while we waited for our room (we were about 2hrs early). The front lobby held our luggage for us. The room was beautiful and clean, a wonderful view of the ocean and pools. Plenty of space for our group, plenty of blankets and pillows. We purchased food and drinks via an app, which made it easy since we were traveling with our kids. The pizza and drinks were of good quality and quantity.Unfortunately, there were no pool towels on the day we arrived from anyone, we asked the front desk and several staff for towels and unfortunately there was none and we were met with and I quote, "sorry, someone didn't do their job". So that was a little disappointing. We weren't provided our room until 6pm (check in was at 4pm), traveling with kids that was very frustrating as they were starting to get tired and hot. I did call the property mgmt hotline for assistance and while the gentleman we spoke to was nice and responsive, he said there was nothing he could do to help with check in time. The resort did comp us 30 and a late check out for the inconvenience. Other frequent visitors mentioned this was a very unusual occurrence. Overall, nice host, beautiful resort, very clean, good food, poor check in process and no pool towels.
