A stunning lakeside retreat nestled near the tranquil waters of the lake that promises an unforgettable stay filled w/ relaxation & entertainment. 4 thoughtfully designed bedrooms ensure comfort for 8 guests. Its prime location boasts spectacular views, easy access to the water, & lots of activities you can enjoy for an ultimate lake-cation. Enjoy best views & a welcoming atmosphere from our dock, complete with a swim platform & ladder making it the ideal destination for your lake stay.

Great space and accommodations for sleeping, dining, gathering and enjoyment.
- 4 bedrooms including 2 queen beds, 1 king, 1 queen murphy, 1 queen sofa sleeper
- Fully stocked kitchen for dining in
- Dining area inside and outside
- Picturesque lake views throughout
- Dock seating for lake enjoyment
- Swim Platform & Swim Ladder
- Waterfront / Cove front located
- Private dock available for guest use for swimming, fishing, and lounging. Boat slip is not currently available for guest use.
Secure systems for guest & neighborhood safety:
- Video / Audio doorbell at entry.
- Decibel measuring devices inside and outside for noise control standards.
- Smart lock systems for timed guest access.
- Interior communication panel for Z Wave connection with locks and video doorbell - no video / audio

Location Description:
Located on the main channel at the 1.5 MM and very close to the Bagnell Dam strip. This west side location offers the peace of a rural setting with nearby access to hot spots for restaurants, lake front entertainment, and nightlife.

Getting There:
Driving directions will be provided by guidebook. The home is within 3 hours of both Kansas City and St. Louis - all finished roads. Your drive is less than 1/2 a day from Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas and Illinois. Regional airports in Columbia and Springfield allow for lake area landing; or the closest large airport is Kansas City International.Consider this house your home away from home while you visit Lake Ozark.

Amazingly clean, incomparable view of the main channel, very well maintained! The dock looks brand new and is the perfect place to sit and have a cocktail in the afternoon/evening because the owner’s boat shades the seating area. We’ve already booked it for another stay in August!

5 Stars – Absolutely Perfect Home and Host!This was our first trip to Lake of the Ozarks, and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. The house was absolutely perfect for our group of eight with plenty of space, very clean, and well laid out. It’s a beautiful two-story home with four bedrooms and four bathrooms, which made it so comfortable for everyone.The location is ideal & just about a mile from Bagnell Dam with a clear line of sight to it. The house has multiple decks and tons of windows throughout the house to take in gorgeous views up and down the lake.The outdoor amenities were a huge bonus: kayaks, a 16’ lily pad, floats, chairs, a table and a stone fire pit on the dock, and a grill up by the house that made outdoor cooking easy and fun. Everything was set up for a relaxing and fun weekend. The access to the dock and water was easy and convenient, and it truly felt like a private getaway while still being close to everything. The house is just a few minutes from Dollar General (we made three trips ourselves!) and less than ten minutes to the Bagnell Strip, which made grabbing anything we needed, or heading out for fun super convenient.The host was fantastic; responsive, helpful, and genuinely kind. I can’t say enough good things about both the house and the host. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be staying here again!
