Welcome to your perfect Lake of the Ozarks escape! Located at the 8MM in Sunrise Beach, this spacious family-friendly lakefront home sleeps 10 and just 9 easy steps to the water. Enjoy a large private concrete dock, quiet swim-friendly cove, and everything you need for unforgettable lake days—kayaks, paddle boat, Lily Pad, great views, and plenty of room to relax! This beautiful 5-bed, 3.5-bath lakefront home (nearly 3,000 sq. ft.) is perfect for families and friends looking for fun and relaxation. Located on a quiet cove off the main channel at the 8MM, it offers safe swimming, kayaking, fishing, tubing, and boating with a 10x24 covered boat slip (launch & trailer parking nearby). Enjoy two living areas, open floor plan, fully stocked kitchen, WiFi, TVs, ceiling fans, full laundry, and updated furnishings.
Step outside to the large deck, then just 9 steps to the water and your huge concrete dock with swim platform, WetSteps, ceiling fans, table/chairs, kayak, paddle boat, and Lily Pad. Peaceful neighborhood, paved roads, and easy access to Osage Beach (20–30 min via Toll Bridge).
Sleeping Arrangements:
Upstairs – 4 bedrooms (3 queens + 1 king), 2 full baths
Downstairs – King master suite with large ensuite
Total: Sleeps 10 comfortably
Parking: Room for 4 vehicles. No trailer parking at house.
House Rules: No pets, no smoking, no loud parties, no bachelor/bachelorette groups. Must be 25+ to rent. Guests bring own life jackets.

Spacious five bedroom home with all the amenities for a perfect family vacation on the lake. Paved road to the house. Large dock with an available slip at the time next to a boat rental and boat ramp. Owner was very responsive to our request. Will definitely return to this lake house.

Week at the Lake

This is a fabulous property for an extended family to stay at while visiting the Lake of the Ozarks! The owner had amazing communication. Check in and check out went very smoothly. The house layout is very nice for everyone to spend time together, but there is also lots of room to spread out for some alone time. Bedrooms/beds are spacious and comfortable. The one "nonconforming" bedroom has a queen bed and is tight, but works well for kids, teenagers or young adults. The kitchen is well stocked and has a deep freeze in it which is great to keep ice for the boat. The dock and Still Water Bay are the highlights of this property. The large concrete dock has two tables, two lounge chairs, two fans, and a TV. The cove is the perfect size, very quiet, and has calm water to kayak and swim. We rented a boat from Lake Time Boat Rentals which is just a few docks down and was super convenient. We really enjoyed staying in the Sunrise Beach area. There are two grocery stores that are really close. Captain Ron's and Franky and Louie's are also close by car. H Toads and Shady Gators are close by boat. We highly recommend this property!

Perfect weekend get away

This property was beautiful and very clean. It had everything we needed for a weekend get away. Andrea was very responsive and easy to communicate with. There was a lot of seating outside which was where we spent the majority of our time. I would definitely consider renting again.

Great clean home!!

Our stay was amazing. The house was very clean and very roomy. Its location was perfect snuggled in a great cove close to everything we needed. Would recommend to anyone. We had only adults but great for children as well!!

Great vacation stay😊

This was one of the best vacation rentals I’ve experienced in my 9 years of annual rentals. The home was very clean and beautifully furnished and decorated. The stay was comfortable and the access to the lake was very easy, I will definitely return to this location in the future. As a matter of fact I’m checking my work calendar now to try to schedule my next trip. Absolutely Outstanding!!!!!

Sunset Beach Celebration

Property was well cared for and in great shape and offered all the home & lake amenities you could ask for. We went down w/FAM & Friends to celebrate wife's B-Day weekend and was pleased and impressed with home and the quiet cove. We still got to swim, boat and enjoy the lake. Angie was responsive and communicated so that there all questions or concerns were addressed effectively. Hope we can go back to this beautiful property in the future. #LakeLife

My name is Angie Krueger and my husband's name is Bryan. We live in St. Louis, MO. My husband grew up going to the Lake of the Ozarks. He has fond memories of the Lake- one is which is learning how to water ski. We have 3 children ages 15, 12, and 10

The moment you pull up, you will find yourself in vacation mode. We have many fun activities we enjoy when we come to the Lake. Whether it is sitting on the dock enjoying a cold beverage, swimming, kayaking, paddle boating or fishing there is something for everyone to enjoy.
