Walk two blocks west and you are in the center of town on Main Street at the Mayflower and the Chatham Squire! Shop to your hearts content, enjoy a meal at one of the many restaurants in town or grab an ice cream cone and walk back to your summer getaway!

Property can sleep 6. First floor master suite with private bath and a king bed. Second floor with two additional bedrooms and a full bath. One with a queen size bed, the other with two twin beds.

Outdoor shower, deck off the kitchen and sunporch with patio table and large Weber gas grill.

All furniture, furnishings, carpets, pillows, supplies and accessories are maintained and replaced as necessary to ensure the house and all of its amenities meet and exceed our guests expectations. We take pride in this special place and enjoy sharing it with our many repeating guests as if they are our own family. Our home is professionally cleaned between guests. Become part of our extended family and make your own family memories at our White Foam summer home! We work hard to ensure it is in as good a condition as our primary home with the cleanliness and comfort that you should expect.

Great long weekend spot!

The White Foam House was an awesome spot for a long weekend where we had an event at CBI. It’s easy to walk to town and to the inn and we especially loved that it was dog friendly! Property was clean and well maintained. remember to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc.

We had a spectacular time at the White Foam house. The house itself is beautiful, clean, well appointed and charming. A wonderful place to relax and unwind between the comfortable rooms and beds to the gorgeous yard, deck and fire pit. We loved being a short want to the beach, town and fish market to see the seals. Our stay at White Foam was perfectly relaxing and cozy! The hosts were the optimal communicators … from minute one, Ed reached out to make sure we were able to enter the property (which was so welcoming, beautifully lit with music playing!). It was stormy when we arrived and for the next day too, but the home was absolutely immaculate, beautifully decorated and fully outfitted. The gorgeous grounds and meticulously upkept property were a joy to walk around and return to each day. We truly enjoyed relaxing in front of the gas fireplace especially and the sunroom was also a beautiful room to enjoy a book and coffee. The location is absolute perfection… walkable to Main St, beach and Chatham Bars Inn… the epitome of a beach cottage and just so much more. Cannot wait to book our next stay! Perfect family vacation!

This was our first family vacation since Covid so a lot was riding on its success. The house was everything we could’ve asked for and made for the perfect family vacation! It was comfortable, clean, beautifully decorated, plenty spacious enough for 7 (4 adults, 2 kids, baby), and perfectly located next to the beach, Main Street, and the venues we attended for a wedding. The owners were responsive throughout the booking process, leading up to the stay, and during. We had an amazing time in Chatham and we hope to back next year!

Beautiful location

This home is beautiful, clean, cozy, and located a few hundred feet from the water. Day trip to Provincetown was lots of fun, the Cape Cod seashore was incredible. We got lucky and had perfect weather every day. Main Street is a short walk from the property, I got lost in a book shop and found some great new books. Perfect getaway, so relaxing!

We were so happy with our stay at this house. Edward was a pleasure to work with during the entire process and the house is just beautiful. You cannot beat the location - walkable to the Chatham main street for restaurants and shopping, while also a 2-minute walk to the water. The home was very clean and equipped with any amenity that we may have needed. I would recommend this property to anyone traveling to Cape Cod. Just perfect - thank you for sharing your home with us!

Just what we needed!

Ed and Kathy’s home was the perfect get away. Location was amazing we walked up to Main Street to grab coffee and shop, we were steps away from the beach. White Foam, Hands Down

Fantastic from beginning to end! The house was even better than we’d anticipated and was a great pleasure to stay in. It’s so comfortable and the kitchen was fun to cook in. The yard is perfect for relaxing and lawn games and the location with a view of the ocean is spectacular. Easy walk/bike ride to Main Street. We had great communication right away and highly recommend - we’ll be back here for certain!

Wonder school vacation getaway!

We just ended a wonderful trip to Chatham. The house is beautiful, clean and in a great location. My two kids - ages 3&2, were easily able to walk to both the beach and town, one of the huge pluses of the house. I’ve already inquired about a return visit!

They have vacationed in Chatham for over 30 years and have always dreamed of owning their own property in this quaint and historic town. In 2012 they purchased their first property and over the ensuing years have acquired several other historic homes in Chatham.

They have been highly selective and intentional in their purchase and renovation of these properties and have worked tirelessly to restore and renovate these vacation homes while retaining all their vintage charm and historic significance. Their vacation properties are dedicated to the hospitality business they have built and do not operate as a second home to them or their family. These properties are not encumbered with personal items of the owner but instead, they are decorated, furnished and supplied with their guests needs in mind.
