¡Verano a la orilla! Disfrute de una experiencia hotelera en esta casa de playa quentisential que está a sólo 3/10 millas (menos de 10 minutos a pie) por el camino a la mejor playa familiar en Chatham. Ridgevale Beach tiene eventos para niños, un snack bar, kayak y alquiler de veleros disponibles.

Chilling in Chatham and Making Memories

We had a superb stay at Chilling in Chatham for the 4th of July week. The house is outstanding and provided everything we needed for our group of six. The front yard was a huge hit with the kids -- lots of space to toss a ball around and hang out on the hammocks. Bedrooms were spacious. The entire home was very clean. Mike was super responsive and went out of his way to provide two bike tarps to protect our family's bikes out on the deck. House is an easy walk to Ridgevale Beach (which saved us when every other surrounding beach parking lot was full over the busy holiday weekend.) Downtown Chatham is an easy 3-mile walk, which was perfect for the grownups in our group who wanted to get some exercise in and shopping sans kids. But very easy to drive and find parking as well. Marion's Pies is right up the street and phenomenal for breakfast. (The Chatham muffins and steak pies were insanely good.) We booked Chilling in Chatham primarily for its easy access to the Old Colony Rail Trail and Cape Cod Rail Trail, and it was perfection. Five stars all around.

Great Chatham Rental for Families

We were very impressed with our stay at Chillin’ in Chatham! Mike was a very responsive host and has a beautiful home. It was exactly as described, clean and perfect for my family! This home is suitable for families with young kids or an adults only trip. Very close to the beach and the village. Chatham felt very central if you’re also looking to explore other parts of the Cape like we did. Thank you for a great stay! We will be back!

The house was adorable. Great location (walking distance to Ridgevale Beach). Kids were able to scooter in the drive way and lived the hammock. Great deck out back for outdoor meals. House had beach chairs/ toys and wagon which was helpful. Will definitely stay again!

Nice house

Enjoyed our stay very much. Great neighborhood and quick walk to very nice beach. Large master bedroom with king bed and beautiful in suite bathroom. Need to drive to stores and restaurants.

Great house, fantastic location

This is our second time spending a couple of weeks at Mike's "Chillin' in Chatham" house. We absolutely love it. Accurate listing, comfortable house, short walk to Ridgevale Beach, great Cape neighborhood. Would highly recommend - but don't everyone book too soon, we'd like to go back again next year!

Quick stroll to the beach!

The location of this house can’t be beat! The house was cozy but just the right size for our family of 4. The master bed was super comfortable and the renovated master bath is beautiful! Mike was a fantastic host and check in/out was super easy and straightforward. Loved it!!!

Beautiful beach house, fun week!

My family and I had a great week in Chatham. Mike was an excellent host, quick to reply and has a beautiful home. It was very clean and the master bathroom was an added bonus! Short walking distance to the beach, chairs and beach cart available and located in a nice family friendly neighborhood. We have already booked this property again for next summer!

Everything about our stay was great! Nicely updated (I loved the primary suite bath!) and very clean. Ridgevale beach is great for kids and a short walk away. Mike was great and very responsive. I would recommend this house to others and absolutely stay again!

Great vacation spot

Everything was found as listed and described. Nice house, near beach, great outdoor shower. One suggestion: after a long, tiring drive to get there it would have been nice if the beds were made.

Beautiful Chatham rental!

We had a lovely stay at Chillin’ in Chatham! The property was clean, well kept, and had everything you need for your stay. My favorite part was this rental is a short walk to the beach, about 7 minutes. We also enjoyed the outdoor patio, and gas fire pit. The kitchen, dining, and living room open floor plan was convenient to keep an eye on our kids. The host was also great to work with, and left clear check-in/check-out instructions. Book it, you won’t be disappointed!

Perfect beach getaway

This cute and cozy home suited our needs perfectly for our pre-season trip to Chatham. The updated kitchen and master bath are very nice. I cooked a few times during our stay and found everything I needed to make meals and for clean up after. I liked all the photographs of Cape Cod beaches found throughout the house. The beds were comfortable and the linens provided. But, take note to bring your own towels. The house is an easy walk to Ridgevale Beach. I appreciate that the host provided beach chairs and a wagon for hauling. The front yard landscaping is beautiful and well maintained. We enjoyed listening to the birds on the back deck which overlooks a wooded area and daily walks to the beach. Chatham is a great area with lots of restaurants and things to do. The host, Mike, was very prompt in getting back to me about our questions during our stay. I look forward to visiting again!

Another great stay!

We were very happy to find Chillin in Chatham available for our trip this year. We’ve stayed at the home once before and it’s exactly as we remembered - clean, comfortable, and has everything you might need for your stay, especially central AC. The location is great, too. An easy walk to our favorite beach. Mike was easy to work with and responded quickly when we had a simple question. We would definitely return.

Chatham getaway

Nice well-appointed rental, though bringing own towels is a big ask for travelers flying in.Fortunately we had friends in the area who loaned us towels for the week. Clean sheets provided but have to make up the beds yourself; a little weird. Gave only 4 stars on the cleanliness because grill was dirty and there were no utensils for cleaning it, so unusable. Also had to connect propane tank to grill ourselves if we were going to use it. Don't think that should have been. Inconveniences that didn't live up to the other nice appointments of the home

August getaway

This has been our vacation home for the past 5 years or so. My family always looks forward to it and there's so much to do within a convenient distance. The house is the perfect size for our family and has many great features.

Summer by the Shore! This charming, one floor, beach Cape Ranch, is only 3/10 mile (less than 10 minute walk) down the lane to the best Family
Beach in Chatham - Ridgevale Beach. Ridgevale Beach has a snack bar, kayak and sailboat rentals available.

The house has professionally maintained gardens and grounds, and the freshly painted deck, outdoor shower and yard offer comfortable privacy, buffered by conservation land. Inside there are three bedrooms, TWO full baths and washer and dryer, (2) flat screen television, a sound system, an open kitchen, living and dining area - simply all you need.

Outdoor shower and clothesline.

No need to drive your car to the beach and pay to park your car, just throw your towel over your shoulder, and walk down to the beach.

The Cape Cod Bike path is 1/2 mile and fresh water Schoolhouse Pond 1 mile. Three miles to beautiful downtown Chatham for Friday night band concerts, Cape Cod Chatham A's baseball games, great restaurants.
