Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please take out the trash and put in the outdoor trash bins.
Please turn off lights and lower heat at 62 (winter), turn off AC (summer).
Remove all food in fridge and clear the sink, load and start dish washer.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guests are not permitted to roam freely around the property without permission.
Guests are not allowed to explore the property at night or to access any areas other than the house they rented.
The cleaning fee includes cleaning the house and up to 3 loads of laundry. Each additional load will be charged $40.

Host is very responsive. The house has large living room space. The kitchen is very well stocked with more than what you need. The host also provides coffee and basic cooking ingredients. The house is very well maintained, spacious and has a great view out of the living room. Will stay here again when next time we are vacationing in the area.
