Fantastic location - can't be beat!
Our entire family enjoyed our extended stay here. Deer in the front yard, a short stroll Landa park, and easy river access - this is Hill Country living at its best. While we just enjoyed the relaxing vibe in New Braunfels, but easy access to Austin, San Marcos, Canyon Lake, Gruene, and San Antonio provide limitless vacation opportunities. We definitely hope to return for another summer stay!

Clean, spacious, and great location!
Our family loved this rental! It was very clean and had everything we needed for our month in New Braunfels. Plenty of covered parking for the boat, jet skis, bikes, and several vehicles. The kitchen was recently updated and is very nice and modern. It was fully stocked with everything you would need to cook, bake, or grill. There was more than enough space for everyone. We were actually pleasantly surprised by how much bigger and nicer it was in person compared to the pictures. The home offers so much more than what is listed on Homeaway. The only negative is that there are 2 bathrooms but only one has a shower. This was the only very small inconvenience but the girls actually got ready faster b/c they knew others were in line right after them. The neighborhood is amazing. It is walking or biking distance to nearly everything in New Braunfels. Landa Park is less than a quarter mile away! We loved that you could walk outside at anytime, sit on the porch, and watch or feed the deer. There were baby deer all up and down the street. We spent a lot of our time on the back patio. We all loved the hammocks and all the seating available. The home was amazing and we would definitely stay there again. The owner was also very responsive to any questions we had which is important with a rental.
