Stay comfortably in Tagaytay at this 2-bedroom 76 SQM condo. Marvelous family times await guests in this welcoming space featuring 2 full beds, 1 triple bunk bed, 2 couches, pullout twin bed, and three floor futons. With amenities like AC, a washing machine, Karaoke, cable TV, Free WiFi, and Free Parking.
Guests can relax and cleanup in the 2 bathrooms equipped with a bidet and shower. An additional living room space with a sofa bed adds to the excellent comfort of this property. Enjoy your time in Tagaytay at our cozy condo.
The condo is located on the 3rd floor of a low-rise unit and doesn't have an elevator. Please keep this in mind if you are booking and have guests with mobility issues.
We didn't go cheap on providing you amenities. We provide you with the best. full dishware, pots and pans, appliances, and towels to make your group just as if they were at home. Why? Because just as we want you to enjoy our home just as we do when we staycation there as well. Bring your favorite ground coffee to use in our drip coffee maker in the morning on the balcony overlooking the beautiful trees and terrain behind the unit. Most guests want to cook during their stay, so we provide Real pots, pans, dishes, glassware, utensils, rice cooker, blender, toaster, Hot water kettle, and slow cooker.
Some in the industry think we might be excessive in amenities. We think of it as home and want you to feel the same.
Have kids with lots of energy? Don't worry we have a huge garden in front of the complex for your kids to run around safely with no dangerous traffic nearby. You are in a private subdivision so no need to worry about crazy tricycles or jeepneys going by while your kids play.
Security. We have a gated subdivision and at night a guard is also positioned right near the condo unit so no need to worry.
If you want to eat out? We have easy access to some of the top restaurants in the area. Many of which are within 2-5 km of the unit and you can take the back roads to avoid that congested Nasugbu Hwy.
Because we are a low rise condo, you don't have noisy people walking past your room at night and you can enjoy your sleep.

We are a retired couple who live in Bicol region and love the Tagaytay area. It was one of several locations we enjoyed when we dated many years ago and like to rekindle things by returning to Tagaytay often.
Why they chose this property
The condo is a low-rise unit so if you are escaping the city, you won't feel like you just re-entered the city like in one of those tall condo units. The unit is also in a private subdivision. So, you don't get the noisy tricycles, motorcycles, and jeepneys passing by your unit at 3 am waking you up. Plus, you don't get noisy guests walking in the hallway in the middle of the night. Mosty of all, it's close to all the major attractions.
What makes this property unique
It's size!!! Most units are like placing you in a sardine can and you are stepping all over each other. Our unit has a full kitchen and plenty of family room space with a bedroom on one level and a master bedroom on a split-second level giving you all the space you need to accommodate your guests comfortably.
