Positive and negatives

Check in was easy, the owners are pretty compliant and nice, the neighborhood is really quiet, and it’s located in a convenient area. The townhouse was not cleaned properly. The floor was filthy there was glitter everywhere from the previous tenant and there is a very strange odor. The trash was overflowing from the previous tenant and the upstairs carpet is disgusting. The beds are uncomfortable and there is no tv in one of the bedrooms. To be fair they had told me the previous tenant trashed the place, but that was not my problem.

Townhome has seen better days

There were a lot of issues with this property. The townhome itself is not in great condition. There were partially painted walls, missing lightbulbs, no lights at all in one bedroom, lack of trash cans in bedrooms, no curtains or blinds on a bathroom window, a hole in the wall where presumably a medicine chest was once installed. There were no hangers so we had to buy those along with a lamp for the bedroom with no light, garbage cans and a hair dryer as there was none. Just an overall feeling of disrepair. The garbage from a previous tenant was still in the outside trash can so the can was full of maggots and insects with a terrible smell. The townhome had a funky smell that necessitated buying candles and wallflowers to try and negate it. The unit is in need of extermination for insects. The parking pass that needed to be placed in the car was sticky and had a very foul odor. The owner responded to notes but it took at least 24 hours or more so it wasn't helpful for example when we found there was no hair dryer in the unit and had to go purchase one. On the positive side, the location was great for our purposes and there was a lot of stores and restaurants nearby. There was also good parking right in front of the unit.

Great property!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was a nice townhouse with everything we needed. We had plenty of room for our family of four which includes two teenagers. It is in a good safe location in a quiet neighborhood. We felt safe at all times. Mindy left excellent instructions and was great to work with during the entire process. We would definately stay at this property again. Thanks Mindy!

Great place to stay!

My husband and I were in North Charleston for work and were looking for somewhere other than the motel scene for an extended stay. We were very pleased when we arrived. This is a lovely townhouse in a very quiet neighborhood. The mattresses on the bed were so comfy. A screened area off of kitchen was nice for fresh air. There are two bedrooms upstairs and large bathrooms in each bedroom. Mindy was very quick to respond to any question we had. We enjoyed our stay in this safe neighborhood and enjoyed being close to mall. We highly recommend and would stay again most definitely.

Great townhouse

Had a wonderful time on my mini vacay. Great location, clean, updated furnishings and very central to shopping and restaurants. Washer & dryer and screened porch, a definite plus. I will be returning.

Wonderful well-kept home. Perfect for our girls' weekend!

This home was clean with nice comfortable beds and furniture. The only complaint we had is that there weren't any cooking utensils. Plenty of pans, plates, bowls, etc., but not a single spatula and just a few forks and spoons. If it weren't for that this would have been a clear 5 stars.

Perfect location for travelling downtown

This worked out perfect for us. We travelled downtown and we also took in Magnolia Plantation, ghost tours, and the history of Charleston. We can't think of one thing on this whole vacation that wasn't just absolutely wonderful. We certainly enjoyed staying here. It was clean and quiet. We will definitely be back and we will definitely be staying here again. Thank you so much.
