Inside, the condo greets you with natural light streaming into the living room, where cozy seating beckons for movie nights or an afternoon nap. A Murphy bed easily folds down to offer extra sleeping space, seamlessly transforming the space into a comfortable retreat for an additional guest.
The fully equipped kitchen invites you to whip up beachside breakfasts, complete with barstool seating for casual dining. The kitchen comes stocked with a crockpot, griddle, and plates, bowls, and cups for children. You’ll also find a community grill nearby waiting to be fired up.
When it's time to relax, step out to the private balcony where you can enjoy both Gulf and lake views while letting the fresh ocean breeze rejuvenate your senses.. There’s even a guitar ready to grab off the wall and strum along to the sounds of the waves.
The loft bedroom has two queen beds, providing ample room for restful sleep after a day of sun and surf. A full bathroom with a convenient shower makes washing off the salt and sand easy. Plus, in-home laundry and convenient parking make your stay as hassle-free as possible. Additional amenities include card and board games, beach toys, children’s toys, and beach chairs.

Parking Details: - There are two parking spaces available for your use. Each booking will receive 2 parking passes, and these must be displayed at all times.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

Awesome Stay!
The Sea Chord unit was beautiful...perfect for my husband & I! It was very nicely decorated and exactly as described! The unit was well stocked, and having a place that supplied beach chairs, umbrella, & beach towels was so great! Having a washer & dryer was also an added bonus. We loved the pool area and the close proximity to the beach! Also, loved that we were so close to the boat ramp to launch our kayak on Eastern Lake! We enjoyed the balcony, which had amazing Adirondack glider chairs and loved the lake view from there!The grounds at Beachfront II complex are beautiful and very well maintained!Can't say enough good things about our stay....definitely a great vacation!!

Beautifully decorated unit and VERY comfortable furniture - especially the beds (SO comfortable!). The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need and the supply set up was more generous than units we have rented in the past. We loved that the property had a heated pool & hot tub that was cleaned & serviced almost every day and it was magical & lit up at night. The pool area also has a large covered patio area with many tables and furniture to get out of the sun if you prefer. Walk to the beach was short and convenient & we love the Seagrove Beach location (near so much in Seaside & Rosemary - but quieter). Host was very responsive to any questions or concerns - communication was great. If you have multiple people trying to work from home - the only downside to this unit is that since bedroom is a loft/open to the lower level- there is not any quiet place if 2 people are on a phone call or trying to both work from the unit. We managed by using the deck alot (and Turbo Coffee a few minutes away) and the other positives of the property/unit well outweighted this adjustment we needed to navigate occassionaly. We would definately recommend this unit and stay there again! Wonderful trip !
