Why they chose this property
This neigborhood is in our neck of the woods, and is in a beautiful setting! It's location on the creek, and walking distance from the winery make it a great getaway!
What makes this property unique
The property is at the end of a private driveway, set in the hill overlooking the Manatawny Creek. This specific location on the creek was once the local swimming hole, and even had a dam on it, that split the creek to power the local Grist Mill! Fun fact - This is a trout stocked creek, so don't be afraid to come prepared with your waders and fly rod!
