Everything we needed in the kitchen was available , loved the entire house.. windows to see all around property.. loved having windows in the bedroom open at night for fresh air. loved being able to talk walks with my pet.. Felt very safe. and the outdoor Dog fenced in area was a great touch..

Communication from booking to check out was great with Josh. Property has tons of space and is very clean and welcoming. We appreciate Josh for letting us stay in his home. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

My family of six adults were extremely impressed and grateful to arrive at this comfortable, lovely home after a long day in airports. The living room is perfect for anyone who wanted a little peace and quiet. We had a lot of laughs watching TV in the family room and kitchen which is bright and well equipped. Thank you, Josh, for the coffee/tea bar. My family also enjoyed using the dining room. Loved the mixture of refinished antique furniture. All 5 bedrooms were quiet, comfortable, cool, and very clean. 3 bathrooms were also bright and clean. Some of us enjoyed the back patio and the piano. Perfect. We thank Josh for renting to us and hope to come back often. Debby and Frank

Great spot for a family!

We had a wonderful stay with 8 family members! The home was in a quiet neighborhood, but close to stores and restaurants. There was plenty of everything, from space, to cleaning supplies, to linens and towels. The owners had thought of lots of details.We stay in short term rentals often, and this has been one of the best!

Great neighborhood, plenty of room.

We just spent three nights at this location and found the house to be clean and comfortable. We had 6 adults and there was plenty of room. The beds and furniture were comfortable, the kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with some essentials. The area is in close proximity to grocery and convenience stores, gas stations, and restaurants. It has a large backyard with some yard games available as well. I was very pleased with our stay and would definitely book again if in the area. Thanks to our hosts! M

Excellent stay!

We loved our stay at the house! Josh was incredibly communicative with us throughout our stay, and the house was perfect for us. The backyard is very spacious. Quiet and safe neighborhood, that is conveniently located as well. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Oasis during my daughter's wedding week

The house was perfect for our family to get together during my daughter's wedding. Very clean and had everything we needed. Close to stores & restaurants. Easy to get on and off the highways. Josh was friendly and very responsive to our questions. I'll probably be renting again since my daughter and her new husband have made the area their home. Thanks, Josh!

Home away from home

The house was perfect for us while in town visiting family and friends. It felt like home. Clean and practical. We hope to come back next year and enjoy the house again and the beautiful surroundings.

This property is just as it looks. Plenty of space for a family of 5 to come back to and relax after a busy day sight-seeing. We absolutely LOVED this neighborhood. It's so quiet and well-kept. Love that they have kept nature incorporated & given each house a unique look instead of completely clearing the land and making cookie-cutter houses. Wish we had taken more time to just be at the property & enjoy all it offered. Thanks again, Josh, for sharing your beautiful home!

Perfect for a wedding weekend!

Our daughter was married at The Barn at Stoneybrooke, about a half hour away. We had 5 adults staying, and there were plenty of beds and bathrooms, a well-appointed kitchen, lots of room to spread out, and a nice little patio with table, chairs and umbrella-the perfect place to relax the day after the wedding. Since the groom's family is from down south, we hadn't spent any time with them previous to the wedding. The spacious house enabled us to invite them over for a nice visit before we all returned home. The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood, but close enough to hotels (where several wedding guests stayed), restaurants (where rehearsal dinner and welcome party were held), and stores to be readily accessible should you need anything. Josh was very prompt in answering any questions we had. Would definitely stay there again!

Amazing Place to Stay

This is a beautiful home in a great neighborhood. We had a group of 7 friends and there was plenty of room for everyone to hang out together and have their own spaces. The backyard is large amd secluded. The beds were extremely comfortable.

Perfect Stay

Stayed here with a group and can’t say enough good things about the house. It was clean and well appointed, with plenty of towels in every room and extra hygiene products in the bathrooms. The open layout downstairs and kitchen met all of our needs. Would definitely stay again!
