Precioso ático frente al río

Condominio de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños con vista al sendero del río con vistas a las pistas Coonskin y Milk Run. Duerme 6 cómodamente. Perfecto para familias y amigos. Techos de catedral, mucha luz, acogedora sala de estar: pasos para el ascensor 7 y el sendero del río. Piscina (solo en verano) y bañera de hidromasaje en terrenos del establecimiento.

El condominio se encuentra en el tercer (y último) piso, y tiene un dormitorio principal con una cama king size y baño principal adjunto, un dormitorio de invitados con una cama queen size y baño de visitas conectado, y un solárium con 2 camas individuales - ideal para niños o amigos

El baño principal tiene bañera / ducha, lavabo e inodoro. El baño de visitas tiene 2 lavabos, una ducha doble y un inodoro.

La cocina abierta está totalmente equipada y cuenta con todas las comodidades para preparar comidas.

El comedor está al lado de la cocina y la mesa se sienta cómodamente.

Hay un pequeño balcón con una mesa de café y 2 sillas, ideal para relajarse y tomar un vaso de su bebida favorita mientras observa las montañas y escucha los sonidos del río.

El salón ofrece cómodos asientos con 2 sofás, 4 otomanas y una gran mesa de café. Hay una HDTV de pantalla grande con reproductor multimedia y un pequeño estéreo para conectar a su teléfono. El techo alto y las amplias vistas crean una sensación de continuidad con el entorno exterior.

El apartamento está ubicado justo en el camino del río, a solo unos pasos, ¡al otro lado del puente! - desde la parte inferior del elevador 7. También hay un Telluride Sports en la parte inferior del Ascensor 7 para cualquier equipo que pueda necesitar, así como una oficina de forfaits. La maravillosa tienda de comestibles Clark's está justo detrás de nosotros, y varios excelentes restaurantes y una tienda de vinos están justo al final de la calle, a poca distancia a pie.

Tenemos un lugar de estacionamiento reservado, si llega en automóvil.

We absolutely loved our time in Telluride! The accommodations were perfect with our kids, everyone had space to spread out and the living room was perfect for movie nights after long days on the mountain. The kitchen was well equipped, bedding was comfortable, we used the pool/hot tub multiple times and appreciated the multiple fans to keep air circulating with the windows open enjoying the summer mountain air. The host, Molly was terrific! She communicated early and often helping source information for our visit. We would book this home again on our next visit!

Spacious and convenient

Lots of space, very comfortable and a very short walk to the chairlift. Also convenient to groceries and free bus. Host was above and beyond helpful even arranging fresh snow for our arrival ;-)

Great place to stay for family of six

This was the perfect cozy nook for our family of six it is the best location we walk out our door right to the path you can hear the stream at night there’s a pool for kids and a Jacuzzi great view from the balcony We would definitely stay here again and Molly was so helpful and accommodating and answered any questions that we had Great place to stay for family of six llove this town

Great location in town

Great condo located at base of lift 7. Convenient location. Everything you will need to have a wonderful trip. The owner Molly is extremely helpful and provided great recommendations for restaurants in the area.

Fantastic location for a ski-weekend getaway!

This property was extremely convenient for skiing, as Lift 7 is just a short walk away. Lift 7 also has ski rentals and lift ticket sales so very convenient all around. The walk to town is also very manageable as it's a straight shot down the road or river path. The kitchen is starting to show its age, but otherwise everything about this property was great.

Beautiful riverside pentahouse with pool

This beautiful property was extremely clean, comfortable, and convenient. The master suite with king bed was extremely comfortable and the kids room was comfortable and quiet with sliding glass door with shades separating it from the kitchen. We enjoyed easy access to river trail, Clark's Market, and Galloping Goose stop. The owner was extraordinary in communicating and service.

Lovely place. Close to everything.

We visited with two other couples for the Blues and Brews Festival. The accommodations were comfortable and clean. We had plenty of space. We appreciated all the paper products and supplies and kitchen basics. We were close to the festival but in a quiet area away from the noise. We easily walked to the heart of downtown (10 min) or hopped the Galloping Goose for a few minute ride. We enjoyed the community hot tub and pool. We valued the communication from the property owner. Her advice was valuable and appreciated.

Nice enough, but not a "penthouse"

Calling this a "riverfront penthouse" is a quite a stretch. It's a nice enough place, but it's just an old school ski condo on the third floor. And it's a bit rough around the edges and could use some updating. Don't expect anything luxurious...

Beautiful Condo - perfect location!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful top floor condo. Molly, the owner, was very communicative and gracious. She gave us lots of information about the unit, town and skiing- it made our first trip to Telluride seamless. The condo was very comfortable for our group of 4 adults- plus there is a beautiful extra room with two twin beds that was also a lovely spot to hang out late in the day to watch skiers come down to lift #7. The walk to the ski lift was easy- less than 5 minutes and a flat walk too! Situated a short walk behind the condo complex is a fantastic grocery store Clarke’s - we ran over there every few days and were able to cook a few meals at home during our stay. Thanks Molly for a week we will always remember in beautiful Telluride!

Great condo, great location, great host & great experience! First Telluride visit won't be our last

We booked this condo for a 3-night visit to Telluride (our first) and couldn't have been happier. We initially booked 4 nights but there was a hold-over from the previous guest. Our plans were flexible and so was our host Molly. She could not have been more accommodating. She communicated with us directly prior to our visit and made sure that the property managers met us upon arrival to ensure we got in OK and settled without any issues. The property manager was so friendly and helpful - giving us great dining and activity tips - it really helped us get the most out of our time in Telluride. The condo is in a great location, just steps from the walking path and river and a short walk to the Gondola and the center of town. We had several meals in the condo and found everything we needed to cook and serve. Beds were super comfy and with the cool summer nights we could open the windows and listen to the sound of the river nearby. Staying here was one of the highlights of a weeklong adventure through the Colorado mountains. We hope to return again soon!

Great condo, great location!!

This Lulu City condo is somehow both spacious and cozy—open bedrooms with comfortable beds, big family room area, & kitchen that more-than-1-body can cook in. Very convenient to lift 7 & a number of good restaurants, easy walk to Clark’s grocery store. We loved this place & location so much it made us want to buy one of our own!! Parking place in a covered garage also a definite plus.

Great stay

Stayed with 5 guys, living room was really nice with a larger group. 9 minute walk to main area of town. 3 minute walk to lift 7. Had a great experience.

Stunning views and well appointed, spacious place.

I use VRBO/homeaway to book condos in Colorado and California several times a year. I rarely take the time to write a review, but we had such a great experience, I believe this property, and the owner deserve the praise. First, autumn in Telluride is stunning! This condo is on the top floor with views of the mountain! WOW! There were six of us (three couples). We had so much room and privacy. The spare bath is well set up for sharing with four people as it has pocket doors, double sinks, etc. Roomy kitchen and large dining area, not to mention the very large living area. The place is well kept and well appointed. Ok, on to the Owner, Molly. She was so quick to respond to the reservation request and she was so helpful as the time for our trip grew near. I also really liked the property management team. Very accessible and thorough in getting us settled in. We will stay in this condo again soon!
