Here Comes the Sun in Corolla, Co-Hosted by Good Day Getaways, is the house your family will love coming back to every summer!

Enjoy ocean air and sandy beaches at this amazing beach house located in the heart of Corolla. Beach access is just steps away! You can explore nearby shopping, movie theaters, golf, and restaurants. Plus, take advantage of community tennis courts, Pickle ball courts and the Corolla bike path. Your ideal Family getaway awaits!

The cleaning fee includes ALL of your bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, blankets, cleaning supplies, enough paper products to start, coffee/tea, beach chairs, and serviced Pool and Hot Tub.

Community access:
This house is located in Ocean Sands and includes access to Tennis courts, Pickle Ball Courts and private beaches for Ocean Sands guests.
Tennis courts are a 2min walk down private roads or drive and park next to the court.
5 car parking in driveway. No RV's or trailers.

Linens and Towels:
- Per advertised guest: 1 bath towel, hand towel, face towel, and makeup towel.
- Beds will be made prior to arrival, with the exception of the top bunks.
- We provide starter paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, and coffee/tea.

Please note: If you have allergies or dislike sea grass, humid climates, flowering shrubs, sea mist, sand, rain, wind, sand crabs, surfers, kayakers, bikers, kids having fun, and dogs....then our place may not be a good fit for you. If not, we welcome you to stay at our house!


Note: We recommend guests purchase travel insurance if traveling during hurricane season.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guest must sign renter agreement. Minimum age to rent is 25 years old. We require a valid ID once the booking is accepted.
No smoking of any kind or vaping indoors. No dogs allowed.

This property was an excellent choice for my family for our vacation. The home was very clean and it’s in excellent condition. It’s only steps from the beach, just as advertised. My family loved getting up early each morning to watch the sunrises on the beach. Communication with the owner was super easy, too. We had no issues and for our next trip to the Outer Banks this will definitely be at the top of our list for a place to stay!

Can’t beat the location of this property! Access to ocean views from the widows walk deck provided for an early morning private sunrise experience. Family friendly layout, kitchen is well stocked with utensils and cookware. Overall a great stay, our week went by too quick! The host is an excellent communicator with very timely responses, we’ll be back for sure!

Location, location, location! The neighborhood and beach access are the best. The home could use a deep cleaning at the end of the season and the door locks are a little suspect on the front and sliding door. We enjoyed the upstairs deck, but the carpeted floor had been ripped up and was piled up in the corner. The hot tub is quite dated and needs service, but it was clean and enjoyable. We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed the convenient beach access. The microwave steam sensor (for cooking a potato) was not working and needs service. The communication with the host was fantastic and we really enjoyed our vacation.
