Welcome to this charming farmhouse in Noblesville. Sleeps 8 in 4 beds. Accessible by stairs. Standalone 2 Br carriage house beautiful country scenery, mini-kitchen, grill, patios, fire pits, games and more. You'll have the entire carriage house which is detached from the main house with its own private entrances. We live on property in main house. 5 minutes to quaint Noblesville and Cicero downtown, Morse Lake Marina, kayaking/fishing/tubing at White River and walking distance to Potter's Bridge nature trails. 15 minutes to Ruoff Concert Pavilion and Grand Park sports complex. Parking, Pet Friendly. Flex check-in/out times. You are welcome to enjoy the property, patio and fire-pit areas.
2 Bedrooms are divided by barn doors, other bedroom has full-sized bunks. All memory foam. Plenty of linens, hair dryer, curling iron, iron, toiletries. Dishes, coffee/tea provided. Cable TV, gaming devices, books, games and firewood. Bathroom is small and note the 2nd/3rd bedroom is one big room so not total privacy and you have to go through bedroom to get to bathroom-see photos

This was so cozy and nice! Mt bridesmaids and i stayed together here the night before my wedding. It was so cozy and clean and comfy, we had so much fun! LOVED that there was movies and Mario cart to play too!!!

We absolutely loved our stay in Noblesville this weekend. The VRBO was in the perfect location, nestled nicely in a private country setting while still being close enough to the main parts of town. The home was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. It was very cozy and full of personality, while offering many amenities and forms of entertainment. The water pressure was to die for. We especially loved the fire pit overlooking the rolling terrain and nearby farm. We also met Mindy and spoke to her a few times. She was extremely nice and welcoming. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and I can't recommend it enough to others.

The online listing was very clear on what was included as well as the check-in and check-out instructions. Everything we could need was provided and the decorations gave the assumption that the host is a Christian which is encouraging as a Christian myself. Would recommend!
