This is the perfect location. Large, modern house of spacious corner lot right next to the river! Go for long walks, have a try at fishing, enjoy the local bars and restaurants or drive 5 minutes and you at the beach!
What makes this property unique
All the comforts of home you could ask for. 3 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Comfortable beds and sofas along with a large kitchen. The Florida room greets you before steeping outside on to the large pool deck and then it might be time for a swim!
