"Beachfront Property" Santa Cruz Beach is less than 30 steps to the Sand!



"Brand New Construction - 15 July 2024" Welcome to Playa Paradise!



Also, there is a swimming pool right next door at NIRU Beach Club that you can reserve a day-pass for a fee. It is an All Inclusive club including Lunch and national Cocktails, Beer & Wine and Kids beverages are included.



A two (2) Bedroom two (2) bath condo with a Queen Sleeper-Sofa in the Living room, up to 2 adults or (2-3 smaller children) to accomodate a Total of 6 to 7 people in our Playa Sur condo. Everything in the unit, Beds, all the furniture is Brand New!



The entire Condo and Balcony is available to Guests!



I will provide you with my contact information; phone number and e-mail address after your reservation is confirmed.



You can contact my Property Manager; Brenda who will meet/greet you upon your arrival and check-out time. Brenda will be available to you should you have any questions or need assistance with anything. I will provide you with Brenda's contact info after booking the property and confirmation of the reservation.



Electricty is charged at 5 Pesos per kilowatt over the 47 kilowatt that is alloted per day. Brenda will take a elect. meter reading/photo at time of your check-in and also at time of your check-out. She will share wiyth you the usage above the 47 kw per day and you will be billed the difference and any charge will be added to your bill and invoice.

We stayed at the beach condo mid October and the accommodations are excellent. Brenda did our checking and was very helpful with recommendation. The views were amazing and the property is brand new and had all the amenities you will need. We had an amazing time in Huatulco and recommend this place to anyone traveling here.Thank you Jeff and Brenda

Would stay here again

Awesome communication. There was a hurricane when we stayed and property manager kept checking with us to make sure we were both okay, sent emergency numbers and made sure we had someone else in the building when we were there should anything arise. Everything you would need in kitchen and we did eat in most of the time as my daughter struggles with gluten and dairy. Washer and dryer worked well. View absolutely gorgeous. Space really nice. Close to anything you could want or need. The stay was perfect

We completely loved our time in Huatulco! It’s a beautiful town with a nkind and welcoming community. The condo is directly on the beach making easy to go swimming multiple times a day, sit on the beach under an umbrella and drink limonadas and eat guacamole! The location is perfect for anyone with mobility issues. There is an elevator in the condo and there are many restaurants and shops with flat, well maintained sidewalks. The park 1/2 a block away has a market on Saturday’s that is fun and convenient to get some organic produce and a variety of items. There a three banks within a couple blocks with ATM’s to get pesos. There is an amphitheater you can see from the balcony where various local events occur. If you want to be close to everything and experience the local culture- this is a perfect location. Also, the immigration office is just down the beach- a 5 minute walk - if you are applying for residency. The condo is comfortable and clean, with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, AC, and fantastic views of the beach, sunrise and Pacific. There are nights when the music on the beach goes all night. It’s mostly families having fun with music and laughter. I didn’t experience a single situation with fighting, violence, angry voices or children throwing fits near the condo nor in town. There are taxis close by at all times and they are inexpensive. It’s easy to go shopping, snorkeling at Playa Entrega, or dining in town. Google Translate really helps with communication.

Perfect location on the beach. Near the cab stand, small shops and restaurants. Short cab to the grocery store.Nice new condo and both the building and area are very safe.We loved staying in Santa Cruz and plan to return.
