Enjoy all the charms of the NJ shore at our cozy, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom beach-block home. You’ll be just 90 steps from pristine sands and daily memorable sunsets.

Our house comfortably sleeps 4 guests. There are 2 bedrooms: a first-floor primary and a large sleeping/office space on the second floor. The main floor features a queen size bed while the 2nd floor has two twin beds. We supply fresh bed linens, bath & kitchen towels.

There are two full baths on the main floor; one with a tub and one with a stall shower. Want to remove the sand and salt before entering the house? There is an outdoor shower at the rear of the home for a quick rinse.

There is a TV with DVD player in the living room. Plus, eash bedroom also has a TV. There’s Wifi access throughout the house.

Enjoy your meals in our dining area or have casual snacks at the kitchen peninsula. Note: the house does not have a dishwasher. If you don’t care to hand wash your dirty dishes, disposable dishware will be perfect for your stay.

When you're not sunning on the beach, you can watch the world go by in our English garden. Want more privacy, our fenced yard offers gazebo seating and a café table; perfect for happy hour and quiet time. Need to relax, have a nap on the hammock.

Wonderful summer cottage for a weekend stay for our son’s USCG graduation. Comfortable queen bed on main floor and two twin beds in loft (very steep stairs so that area is not easily accessed). The kitchen had everything we needed and I especially appreciated the bean grinder so we could make fresh coffee from a local roaster!

Not only was it super convenient being right at the beach, but it was also close to everything we neede-especially helpful when traveling with a child and looking for activities to do. I’ve been going to New Jersey my entire life, and this was honestly one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. The house was cozy, welcoming, and felt like the perfect beach getaway. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Loved this perfect little cottage by the beach! It’s was perfect for our quick trip to Cape May. I would book again tomorrow if I had the vacation time. We would love to see a small garbage can upstairs in the loft and admittedly we struggled to figure out some of the lights and fans! Other than that it was awesome! Thank you to our hosts for sharing your tiny oasis!

Perfect Location

So close to the beach. The backyard gazebo, with the peaceful coos of the Morning Doves, was the perfect setting for morning coffee. Teenagers had their own space upstairs. Parking was great. Would definitely stay again.

This house was perfect - exactly as in the photos. Really cute, a very short walk to the beach, a full driveway for parking. AC was GREAT (we were there in hot July). Good water pressure (always a plus!) and even an outdoor shower for post-beach clean up. The neighborhood is quiet, and of course the area is beautiful. Lovely sunsets and happily chirping birds abound! Hosts Angela and John were available and responsive to any questions. Definitely recommend!

Spring getaway in Cape May

The proprietors and the property are exceptional. Great location, exceptionally clean and well furnished, comfortable, wonderful and private backyard setting, excellent ambience. My husband and I look forward to returning.

Long weekend just fine

Short walk to bay, but on a busy road. If you are a light sleeper, window ac's and traffic may disturb you. Home is just the right size for 2 people for a long weekend. Cleaning crew could have done a better job. AC filters had not been cleaned and were caked with dust.

Nice stay.

Lovely home. Coffee was a bonus, thank you. Cooled right down w. AC units. So close to the bay. Little confusing to turn on kitchen and living room lights and fans. Driveway tight and low visibility for young drivers to pull out, but we managed.without scrapes! Thanks again.

Cute house close to the bay beach

Location is excellent. Kitchen is well equipped, however it does not have a keurig type coffee machine which would be more practical and less messy than the Mr. Coffee. Lots of conveniences within a very reasonable driving distance.

Adult Getaway

My husband, myself, and another couple stayed 4 nights. I wasn't expecting the beach down the block to be so perfect, but for a few adults who want to relax and pay games, it was large enough without the chaos of the Wildwood Beach side. Wildwood is an easy 20 minute drive. Wawa and Dunkin were exactly a 1 mile walk for those who enjoy walking. The house itself was more than enough space, having 2 bathrooms, and it was so clean. The back yard was the perfect spot to hangout for morning coffee and evening games and drinks. There was plenty of parking four up to 3 cars. I would recommend this house for a small group.

Absolutely charming

Every photo listed is spot on. The house was spotless from top to bottom and just as close to the beach as they promised. My friend and I are hoping to book again next summer!

Cozy cottage

Our Third Year at this Property

We were very lucky weather-wise, had a great week. Everything was great as expected. Angela and John were terrific as always. It was a little difficult to get down to the beach because the stairway was closed. Difficult for anyone in your party who might have a problem navigating the hill to the beach. Obviously not their fault.

Wonderful Bay house

This was an absolutely amazing rental, from cottage itself, to location from house to beach, about 3 minute walk to bay beach. Extremely clean and the outside backyard was an oasis. Definitely will be back. See ya next year.

Location location location

As the title says location is unbelievable and the cottage is cozy and has everything needed for a relaxing week. Harpoons just a couple of blocks away was visited a couple of times for dinner and cocktails, yum , highly recommended . Thanks again Angela and John

Wonderful Labor Day Weekend Beach House

I admit this was not the first choice. I wanted the hustle and bustle of Cape May proper but my wife preferred the tranquility and the close proximity to the Cape May bay beach. On a whim, we booked this property a week before Labor Day weekend. For a small family of three, the house met all of our expectations. It was very homey and very comfortable. My daughter enjoyed the narrow spiral staircase to her bedroom and she enjoyed her personal time there. My wife and I enjoyed the comfortable bedroom and very spacious living room. While Cape May offered a plethora of restaurants, I enjoyed some time cooking for my family in this home’s ample kitchen with some scrumptious meals. The Bay Beach was less than a block away and we enjoyed going there in the mornings when it was low tide. The beach certainly was not crowded as the ones in Cape May or Wildwood, but it offered that nice tranquil atmosphere of small cascading waves and the quiet lull of the bay breeze hitting your face while you snooze your troubles away. Since the bay faced the west, the beautiful sunsets on the water cannot be beat. We also enjoyed that beautiful sunset while we ate at a very popular restaurant, Harpoons on the Bay, only 3 blocks away from our Home away from home. Harpoons on the Bay also offered live music. Our hosts were very responsive to our questions before and throughout our stay here. They take very good care of this house and I truly enjoy the unique decorations the house has to offer. I was even having a nice glass of wine in the backyard while observing their very unique and stylish bamboo garden.

Our vacation on Townbank Rd

Had a wonderful 3 weeks down by the bay!! The house is perfect for our family and Angela was wonderful at communicating with us. The house had everything we needed for our 3 week stay and it was so close to the bay. Can't wait for next year!
