*From JUNE 1st - SEPT. 5TH 2020 WE WILL ONLY DO 7 DAY (SAT-SAT) RENTALS.

We purchased this house in 2014. Since then we completely remodeled the entire house with a very modern style. New Addition added in 2023! Hardwood/tile through out. Granite counter tops. Stainless steel appliances. Pottery barn furniture. Insanely comfortable mattresses in the bedrooms. Large outdoor deck and seating for 8. Fenced in back yard.1 king,1 queen,2 double bunk beds. 2 and 1/2 bathrooms(3 indoor toilets). Large out door shower(outside). High capacity Samsung washer and dryer. 4 large flat panel TV's. High speed internet. All TV's are smart TV's and equipped with Apple TV, HBO MAX, Disney Plus, Netflix, Amazon & Hulu. Blu-ray/DVD player. Nintendo Wii in living room. Walking distance to the Delaware bay(5 blocks). Beautiful public swimming pool just 5 blocks away. 10 min drive to Atlantic ocean(cape may) & about a 15 min drive to wild wood. 10 mins away from Rio grande NJ where there is many restaurants, Walmart, Starbucks, and a movie theater.
