It will be boarded approximately 4–5 feet high, meaning you’ll still be able to see out through the upper portion of the door and enjoy the view, but access to the balcony itself may not be permitted. The building pool is now open and available for guest use; however, the gym and other association amenities may still be out of order. If parking at the building is full, overflow parking is available for guests at 440 through The Edge Hotel. Please note that construction may result in occasional noise and visual disruptions. All guests will be required to sign an acknowledgment confirming awareness of these conditions prior to arrival. This inviting unit has new flooring in the living room, dining and kitchen areas. The living room has comfy seating and flat screen TV, perfect for movie watching. Beyond the sliding door is the balcony’s panoramic view of Sand Key Beach. The balcony is a great place to look for dolphins and watch the boats cruise by as you sit and enjoy either morning coffee or a beverage of your choice at 5 o’clock.
The dining area has seating for 4 guests and makes a great place to have game night. The full kitchen has all the conveniences of home with range, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher.
The master bedroom is spacious with its king size bed, flat screen TV, separate vanity, large closet and attached full bath.
Large guest room has 2 full size beds, flat screen TV and large closet. Guest bathroom has tub/shower combination.
Pier 60 is a short walk and definitely worth it, with its Sunset Celebrations, arts, crafts, family entertainment and much more.

Excellent view poor quality apartment
The Florida Beach Rental, who is the property manager- was excellent, very very helpful in every way possible. They responded to us pretty promptly and helped us solve our issues, or provided us answers to our questions. All of them - the whole bunch is very service oriented and knowledgeable.
Property is located in a very nice place, has an excellent view from the balcony. Lots of places you can walk to and enjoy.
Regarding the property however, we don’t have a lot of good things to say. The upkeep is very poor.
It’s also of low quality decor, very dusty.
The whole apartment had dust on the floor boards, and dust balls underneath furniture etc.
The water is hard water, which did not help. I was told to contact the building manager- who never responded to my request. Hence we ended up living with it
We had to request the property manager to replace the cooking utensils, blender etc. some electrical items didn’t work well. Kitchen ceiling recessed light cover kept falling off.
Wi-Fi is old and of poor quality, needs upgrading. I had to reboot it several times.
The bathroom is barely functioning, the master’s bedroom bathroom door doesn’t slide easily, is about to fall off.
The hard water does not make the bathroom floor feel clean.
