We loved the view, the condo was clean and it was great having chairs and pool amenities since we didn't bring any, if anything came up i contacted Laura and it was taken care of immediately

Beautiful property on the beach , the condo was very clean . With all the comforts you would need for your vacation! Had a very relaxing 2 weeks .Everything went smoothly upon our arrival and the host responded quickly to anything we needed to know !! Would definitely book again !

I've stayed in this unit many times but it's been quite a few years since I've been there. Fantastic view. The property is well maintained, comfortable and clean. The host is very nice and easy to communicate with. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

Winter get away

Loved the location. Clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Close to Clearwater beach but a lot less traffic. We were able to easily walk to pier 60 and take trolley back. Plan to return next year.

Wonderful place at Sand Key

This is a great place to stay if you are looking for peaceful views, cleanliness, accommodating furniture, and great outdoor amenities. The hot tub and swimming pool are fabulous! The hosts are very good to work with. A+

Great spot on quiet beach

Host was fantastic. Great view. Beach was quiet with few people which we liked. Restaurants close by. Just a few minutes drive from Clearwater Beach. Pool was nice. We would stay here again. Great getaway.

Lighthouse Towers

Excellent property, million dollar beach view and close to shopping and reastaurants. The building is under renovations. Balcony were closed and noisy at times. Definitely going back next year.

Even though construction was taking place during my stay it never interfered with my use of the heated pool, beach and surrounding area. Sheena, the owner, routinely checked in with me just to make sure everything was ok. Very friendly and concerned.

Beach front with amazing views.

My unit was on the 5th floor where I enjoyed watching sunsets from my balcony. The complex was very peaceful with a wide beach. The heated pool had more than enough space where you did feel on top of the other residents - more than enough lounge furniture so no one needed to reserve chairs like you find at other rentals. The owners were very pleasant & available if I had question or concern. I enjoyed my stay & have already booked for the upcoming winter.

Vacation July 2023

Condo and location was great. It was a little more of a walk to the beach than expected but I think that was temp related. Parking space was great and I enjoyed the assigned space. Pool was the best I ever had on vacation. I was not thrilled with the restaurants so I would cook more in the condo. I would use this condo again if I returned to Clearwater, Fl.

We enjoyed our second stay in this unit condo was clean and hade everything you need to have a nice vacation the view is spectaculair the Lingthing house is near clearwather beach good resto and a nice place to have a good walk we will return in may 2020 .Contact whit the owner Shenna is eassy she will do everything that is possible for you to have a nice stay. Excellent all round

We had a wonderful stay, despite it only being a couple of months since the hurricane the property was in great condition, we were informed of the pool maintenance in advance of arrival , a minor inconvenience and only for a few days, the property itself was well stocked with everything you could want including a kettle which for us brits is essential but most properties don’t have them so this was a little pleasant extra. We had a minor leak which was fixed instantly but again the communication was excellent, the numerous instructions re being careful to open doors, blinds etc was helpful . Comfy bed and sofa although we were out a lot so didn’t really use the tv or oven . the view speaks for itself overall we really enjoyed our stay

Not great!

I wanted to relax and unwind. But we were not able to get in the condo. Three hours after we contacted the owner, she returned our call and the maintenance supervisor was called to force his way into the condo. The door was literally hanging off its hinges. After a series of calls, text and coordination she had someone come out that night it took him three hours to repair. So our whole first night was spent on their deferred maintenance :(. Some of the furniture is nice quality, however other items in the kitchen were very poor quality. I like sand key and will go again but would not stay in this condo. I feel like given our problems we should have gotten a partial refund.

HI. We were equally shocked about the issue with the door as our maintenance crew had not informed us (this was not something that had been a issue with a previous guest and they left the same day, as there were back to back reservations and also as per our cleaners, the door was ok when they finished cleaning), however got it fixed immediately once we were made aware. We have also addressed this with our maintenance crew to be more vigilant. Unfortunately it was the same day check out and immediate check in. Additionally if there were other issues with any kitchen items, if you would have informed us and we would have addressed them immediately. Rest assured we take all feedback seriously, apologize for any inconvenience and we have reviewed and addressed any kitchen items we thought were needing a refresh.

Great Water, Dolphin and Sunset views. Safe, clean fun for everyone.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. One of the cleanest and comfortable condos I have ever stayed in as it had modern sheque decor. Was pleasantly surprised as the owners installed a new hypoallergenic AC just before we arrived and it helped with my allergies. European tiled floors through the condo, so easy to keep clean. We enjoyed the power showers and it’s great to have 2 full bathrooms with showers. Loved the location of the condo as we enjoyed gorgeous views of the sea, beach and sunsets from every room through the large windows and open balcony it feels like you are in a ship. It felt so secure as there was a guard at the gate 24/7 and we walked the beach under the beautiful Moonligh at night so romantic. The condo was equipped with everything we needed from wine glasses to linens. The condo feels larger than in the pictures and it has a washer, dryer, stainless steel appliances, extra storage, breakfast area, a cute place to call home away from home. Comes with own dedicated free parking spot. The owners have though of everything to make your stay as comfortable as ever. We enjoyed the large heated pool and hot tub, tennis courts, club room and barbecue area and made some great friends while we where there. We enjoyed watching dolphins and wild birds and found some unique shells too. The owners are great and make the rental process so easy. Loved the location of the condo as it’s so central to everything like shopping, restaurants, museums, water activities, malls parks and grocery stores. And yet away from the maddening crowds. We would high recommend this condo to anyone who wants to get away and have a safe, adventurous, romantic and a relaxed vacation.

This is our favorite place to go for vacation. It's quiet, and the view is absolutely incredible. It has a wonderful pool, and the maintenance and security people are friendly and helpful. The room is perfect for a couple, and allows the opportunity for overnight visitors. We will be returning next year.

Wir waren schon zum 3. Mal hier. Es ist jedes Jahr einfach wunderbar. Dieses Mal brauchten wir Hilfe, da wir einen platten Reifen hatten. Auch das hat wunderbar geklappt. Danke Laura und Sheena und Gabriele für die Unterstützung! Nächstes Jahr werden wir auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Beautiful and peaceful

Had an absolutely fantastic and peaceful retreat! The condo is well located, safe and felt like a home! Sheena is a great host and wonderful to collaborate with! Beautiful place

Loved the balcony that looks to the beach. Watched sunsets on the beach or balcony every night there was one. Stayed two weeks. Interior is modern and nice. So many places to eat around here with outside decks or rooftops overlooking water. Check out the marina in Clearwater. Rode Jolly Trolly for $2.50 for all day pass and let our rental car sit a lot of days. Sheena stayed in touch with us to make sure everything was OK during our stay.
