This is 1 of the best rentals to see all of the Nautical view. There is great reviews of Dolphin Sightings. The Boat tours are also great!

Pontos positivos: Comunicação e localização

Above average location: below average condo

We have stayed in this same building multiple times in the past. We do it for the location and the view. The unit we stayed in this time was musty, dated with old cheap furniture, poorly decorated, and soiled stained rugs. Old refrigerator with nonworking ice machine. No smart TV. I had to purchase a fire stick so that I was able to watch modern television. Most of the lamps didn’t work. Old bathrooms with staining and mold in the shower. Molding missing throughout the unit. Virtually no condiments or cleaning supplies provided. Again, we book this for the view and the location.

Good Location

The Condo had a very uncomfortable couch ...not what was shown in the pics . Very poor cheap seats on balcony . Complicated TV set up with no DVD or streaming service . Given the wrong internet info. Absolutely no draws or shelves to use . Unstable bed ....would have been nice to have had a King bed . Many things not up to standard or in need of repair .

Beautiful view

The condo was just a right size for myself and my husband, with an excellent location and a spectacular viwe of the balcony. Water pressure is low there to the point 2 people cannot take a shower at the same time, in fact even a toalet flush decreases an ammount of a water from the shower significantly. Musty smell throughout the appartment is present. Good working washer/dryer/fridge and clean new kitchen are enjoyable, as well as pleasant and friendly tenants and pleasnt pool outside of the condo.

Nice condo but stinky bathrooms.

Nice view, large clean condo near all attractions, comfortable bed... but wall to wall carpet in both bathroom. The carpet is glued on couple layers of linoleum. There is a bad smell coming out of it. We had to put towels on the bottom of the first bathroom to block the smell from coming in the kitchen... Everything would had be very good, but that smell did bother us all the time.
Resposta de VrboOwner em 20 de mar. de 2020
The owner was advised regarding the odor in the carpet after this review brought it to our attention. This unit does have a nice view, especially being 14 floors up over the watefront of the Gulf of Mexico. This unit is also within easy walking distance of the sands of Clearwater Beach. UPDATE: After owner advised, cleaners and tenants reported no smell in the bathroom, so it seems the issue was handled.
