Welcome to your home away from home in Roscoe Village a very family friendly neighborhood with many local shops and restaurants to choose from.This newly constructed very spacious 2100 square ft. quiet,warm and welcoming private 3 bedroom suite is complete with a high end kitchen and equipped with stainless appliances,granite counter tops along with brand name furnishing.Our bedrooms include one King size master bedroom and two Queen size bedroom suites and 2 full baths.All rooms are equipped with flat screen plasma TVs,free cable and surround sound.There is a I pod/I phone docking station,blue tooth wireless access and a printer along with ADT Security system for your peace of mind.In the rear of the building is a small balcony off of the master suite along with a large private deck exclusive to this unit with lounge chairs and a Weber gas grill.All bedding is professionally laundered,along with a extensive cleaning of the unit between stays.There is plenty of free street parking available throughout the neighborhood....This unit is a licensed hotel as required by the City of Chicago on all vacation rentals and we are fully insured...... Please come and visit our wonderful neighborhood and enjoy all there is to do in Roscoe Village.

My wife and I have been in Roscoe village for 10 years and decided to build a 3 flat in Roscoe Village with a commercial space and two apartments above for a upscale vacation rental option and have constructed them accordingly.We love the neighborhood and all there is to offer.

Great place for a family get-away to Chicago!

We had stayed here previously and the place is just as spotless and thoughtfully appointed as several years ago. This is a wonderful family neighborhood with convenient access to fun restaurants and shops. It's also just a few blocks from a nice grocery store, pharmacy, and all the stuff that you're used to at home.

Immaculate condo in Roscoe Village

My family stayed here for 3 weeks during a house renovation project. It was incredible-like being on a mini vacation! The condo is impeccably clean and fresh. There isn't a scratch on the floor or the walls! It is immaculate. The kitchen is fully stocked not only with dishes, pots and pans, etc. but also with dish soap, spices, coffee, and other basic pantry items. The laundry closet is stocked with detergent and supplies. The master bath has a luxurious steam shower that we are sad to leave. There is a wireless color printer so my daughters were able to print things for school, which we didn't expect when moving out. We've rented other places before and never had so many household items in place for us when we arrived. It's very quiet in the condo, which we didn't expect being beneath another unit and above a retail store. Rick, the landlord, is the best. He is kind, generous, and very attentive. He responds to our inquiries within minutes and is always gracious and helpful. We are excited to move home to our renovated house, but our time in Rick's condo was truly enjoyable!

Wonderful home away from home! Had all the extras for a family. Clean, beautiful & great location!

This home had it all. The decor was beautiful. Lots of extra touches. Steam in the shower. Toys for kids. Stroller, portacrib, high chair. Very clean. Owner, Rick, was very helpful. My family was very comfortable and felt safe in this home. Location was great with lots of restaurants and grocery stores on the same street. Walking distance to Cubs games. Would definitely recommend this home and will come back. Two Enthusastic thumbs up!

Laguna Hills

Great location and beautifully maintained townhome!

Roscoe Village is charming, a little upscale with a local family vibe, and just a little quieter than some of the other neighborhoods I've stayed in before in Chicago- even this unit that is on the main street above some wonderful shops. We kept the windows open all night - no noise issues. We tried 5 of the local neighborhood restaurants just steps out the front door - all delicious! We visited the wine shop Lush almost daily. Rick & Jodi the owners met us as were available for questions or any issues which is an added plus. Very easy to deal with, very accomodating. We stayed for 6 nights - part business with some colleagues and then they left and family came into town. The unit is spacious and beautifully maintained and decorated. Modern and warm, comfortable beds, VERY clean and pristine. We didn't cook - but if we did, the kitchen was fully stocked and we enjoyed the warmish fall evenings on the patio out back. We were able to walk to several of the neighborhoods; and used Uber and Lyft for everything else. We will definitely be back!

Great location. Nice neighborhood.

We were three couples on a Chicago trip and enjoyed the apartment very much. Clean. Outside seating for the first morning coffee and Rick was a great host. Replied very fast and did his best to work out everything for us after a long night flight. Would definitely recommend this place.
