Cozy vacation apartment with 2 patios, large field and beach chair

This quiet, bright, and sunny apartment in a building with a total of nine apartments (only partially rented out as a holiday home) has two rooms with a total area of 64 square metres and is suitable for four people. There are two beds in the living room and a double bed in the bedroom. For small children, there is a cot and a high chair. Two built-in closets provide ample storage space. The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner stove, an oven, a microwave, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. Two patios are perfect for sunbathing. The beach chair provides protection from the wind if it’s blowing from the wrong direction. A large lawn adjoins the terrace. A grill is at your disposal. The house was built in 2002 and is well-maintained; I can assure you that my apartment is in good condition. Starting in 2014, there will be internet access in the apartment, so you can also study or stay here.<br>There is a path to the beach about 500 metres away through the fields. Barendorf is located right in the landscape conservation area and is ideal for bike rides along the coast or for a beach holiday. The popular resort town of Boltenhagen is nearby, as is the idyllic village of Klütz. On cloudy days, we recommend day trips to Lübeck, Travemünde, Schwerin, or Wismar. We highly recommend stopping for coffee in Stellshagen or at Schwansee Castle.
