Disappointingly dirty

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Have stayed in this complex before but this suite was very disappointing. My son stepped on a shard of glass on the living room carpet and cut his foot. We found two more shards of glass. Was it not vacuumed? Half-eaten bag of candies found under the couch (while searching for our son's toy car). Luckily we found them before he did. Hot tub water was dirty. Pulled the couch pillow off, and it was absolutely filthy. Coffee filter also hadn't been washed. I would NOT return to this suite again.

Family Vacation

But there was mold on window sills and sliding door panels and had cigarette smell which should have been a non smoking property. Has own private hot tub so a plus. Overall, stay was good.

Great Stay and Close to Village!

Amazing place and a short walk to the village! The place was clean, the beds were comfortable and the hot tub was exceptional. We've been to Whistler a number of times and this is the nicest place yet!

A very cozy stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wewent for two nights to do some of the hikes in the area (summer time). The place has everything you need. The complex has a pool and hot tub, but you do have a private hottub. Having two rooms worked well for us as we were two family units. I would really like to stay here for some skiing. The complex is also just across the road from the shops where ypu can do groceries or start your journey through the village shops and restaurants.

Met our needs

Tidy with its own hot tub. Easy access to free bus. Trevor was quick and in-person when we had a small issue with the sliding glass door. Smaller than I expected, but it all worked out fine! Thank you!!

The unit seemed not to be in a great condition, hot tub was really Dirty and cover was ripped.

I do come them every year couple of times, either I book it or my friends book it. I won’t be booking unit 121 but booking other units. Overall Sara was very helpful and she did apologize regarding the hot tub. My daughter loves the hot tub that’s why we enjoy coming there but we didn’t really got to enjoy cuz of the hot tub conditions.

Exceeded my expectaions

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Based on reviews I read, I wasn't completely sure what to expect, but we were very pleased with our stay here. It was clean and comfortable and having our own hot tub was great. The pool wasn't fancy, but the kids had a blast swimming. I appreciated the stocked kitchen. It was an easy walk or bike ride from the Olympic Plaza, bike trails, etc. The sofa wasn't the best..the cushions falls off when you try to sit on it. Other than that, we loved it and we wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Great place for a weekend getaway

Great location and place to stay for a few days in Whistler. Had one minor issue but Trevor was great with communication and resolving the issue which involved one of the rooms cleanliness. Would stay again.

Overall we had a good stay. The property was clean except the sofa bed which had a dirty cover on it and not clean underneath it because you could see all the dirt under the bed as you lifted it out. The unit is a bit outdated and worn but it is clean. It’s a great location and the pool is in good proximity to the unit. The hot tub on the deck was extremely clean.
