This property was spacious and quiet tucked away in nice neighborhood. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with essentials. The big backyard with a shade tree was perfect for pets.

Thank you so much for the kind words! We appreciate guests like you very much and we hope to be able to host you again!
The house is great to sleep many people. The living space is very small and only sits 6 without sitting on wood stools. The kitchen supplies are limited so bring your own cookware if you plan on cooking a lot. The window tracks are filthy, along with the baseboard. The floor appears to be clean, however a barefoot tells a different story. While we were there the AC froze over and never got below 75 that day. The owner has the AC set to turn back to 75 degrees on a schedule so it’s hard to get the house cold.

Hello, we wish you would’ve reached out to us about needing particular kitchen supplies as we pride ourselves in being very accommodating. The AC issue was due to user drastically setting the AC 20 degrees difference freezing the condenser unit. The thermostat is smart and will set the temperature to eco mode if exterior door or window have been open for too long as well. I hope next time you feel comfortable with speaking to us so that we could help with any issues, such as bringing a pet instead of sneaking them onto the property! Thank you
It was a rough check-in with the key code not working. We called and someone came to help but not before we had to get some frozen items over to a freezer at a home about 10 minutes away or we would had lost it all. It didn't work for them either and she called someone to help. I think it was remotely opened at this point but still didn't work for either of us. Finally they got it worked out.It did have 6 bedrooms with 2 in each room but it was listed as a sleep 14 and we had 13. We asked for two airbeds so the sleeping arragements would be okay and we found only one. There were no linens and when we requested linens they were quickly delivered but were only sheets no pillows or blankets. There were bath towels for 12 and we asked for more and we got paper towels and extra handtowels. There wasn't enough dishes, glasses or silverware for 13. when we asked for more dishes they brought down plates but no silverware or glasses. At this point we thought forget it and either brought or borrowed what we needed. Definately a communication problem.Very small kitchen and living areas. We knew ahead of time there was only a small table but I think it should have a sleep 6 for the space. The worst was the dirty master shower that was growing mold and scum in all corners. That and the hair the made it unacceptable. I took pictures so you could that this was not a exaggeration. Do not reccommend. They did let us had a Father's Day dinner there and were very nice about that.
