This newly constructed apartment boasts a large open space which includes a queen sized bed, fully stocked kitchen and living area with a gas fireplace. There is a separate walk-in laundry room closet and full bath. The sofa pulls out with a full sized bed, and we have an air mattress available as well. The apartment is above the garage of a residential home, separate from the house with it's own private entrance and assigned parking. Its located in a quiet neighborhood near parks, a grocery store and the bus line, just 4 miles from downtown Seattle and Pike Place Market. If your're lucky, you may wake to the smell of the ocean from the deck and catch a glimpse of Mt. Rainier as you sip your morning coffee.

Comfortable and Convenient
The loft was very comfortable and roomy enough for 4 adults. Parking was easy and the location was great -- around 15 minutes to downtown Seattle and maybe 30 minutes to the airport. We stayed 4 nights and had a really good time. I'd highly recommend staying here.
This studio is comfortable, clean and well equipped. The owners responded right away when we had any questions. We would definitely come back here if we are ever in the Seattle area in the future. Thank you!
Nice studio in Magnolia
A modern studio built above a garage in a pleasant suburb not from downtown. Fine for a couple for a short stay. My wife and I have been travelling extensively over the past few years and we are very demanding but this studio met most of our expectations. We didn’t have a hire car there’s a regular bus into town which stops very close by.
Great location. We biked and walked everywhere. Grocery store, great restaurants in walking distance. Host was also great! We ran out of detergent and she was quick to deliver some for us. Would absolutely stay here again!
Great location and wonderful place to stay! Highly recommend.
Beautiful studio with a view and conveniently close to activities!
My friend and I had a wonderful stay in this updated studio in the lovely neighborhood of Interbay. We found it nice to be away from busy downtown but still close in proximity to all of the activities we wanted to do on Seattle. Would recommend Jacque’s studio to anyone wanting to come to Seattle and stay among the locals with easy access to all of Seattle’s best attractions. Thank you Jacque for helping us to have a wonderful adventure-filled weekend!
