We stayed for one month

The condo was comfortable and convenient, we cooked and baked while we were there, everything went well.

Our host, Alejandra was very welcoming and gave me contact information if I needed help. The Condo was clean, well stocked and the location was excellent. We could take the Funicular down the hill where there were many wonderful restaurants. The beds were very comfy and we were supplied with toiletries for the week. The towels were nice and fluffy. I would highly recommend this Condo.

This condo is very spacious. It is in a dead end of a street very quiet area I should state the backyard is a busy enough street during the day, but it did not keep us from sleeping. Nice pool area, great rooftop bars, steps away from the condo. Taking the tram up/down was very convenient. Tons of restaurants and bars to choose from. Approximately five minute walk to the beach. Felt extremely safe in this neighbourhood. We stayed a month. The condo is well appointed. As for air conditions, there is three units in the condo one in each bedroom and one in the living room dining room. Would definitely come again.

The unit is located on the first floor facing the street on both sounds. This makes it VERY LOUD and difficult to sleep or relax. It was not stocked with soap or body wash. The coffee maker had no carafe and it had grounds in it that were mold and mildew. The beds are comfy and the furnishings are nice.

Our stay was nice. The air conditioner in the main room did not work for most of our stay. The main room was very hot as it was 32 degrees Celsius for the entirety of our stay. The listing did make it seem like the property was a lot closer to the ocean than it was in reality. We had two small children with us, and so we had hoped that the distance to the ocean was shorter. But the space itself was beautiful and spacious. The kitchen was missing a few essentials, but was mostly well-stocked. The pool was lovely. Overall, our stay was good.

Condo was bright, clean, spacious, and convenient to Zona Romantica. Had some maintenance issues (no hot water, A/C in main room stopped working, stove wouldn't light) that were promptly fixed. Service response was prompt and friendly. A few other minor maintenance issues made it feel like the property had been unused for a bit and we were the first of the season (a few lightbulbs out, only one facecloth, etc.) but otherwise the condo was as advertised and very comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the space and location. There is a great little cafe 2 min away open all day where we had great food and coffee!
