I just wish we could have spent more time here. It was one of the cleanest properties any of us had ever stayed in. The kitchen had everything needed for a longer stay and one of my favorite parts of our stay…lots of extra clean, very soft blankets for everyone. If we ever return to this area, I would definitely stay here again.
Cute little cabin. Very clean. Great bath and bed supplies. Great communication with owner. Minor mishap with check in - lock malfunction. Loved the seclusion. Can’t beat morning coffee with a red tail hawk and nightly campfire listening to tree frogs!
My wife and I came down to see Cumberland Falls and walk some trails. I have to say that we were so happy with the cabin we stayed at. It was such a nice little place and very relaxing. I messaged the property owner about a few things and he was always fast to respond. The cabin itself was in great shape and awesome. I would highly recommend this place!!!

Overall, this place was wonderful. It was very cute and clean. As someone with allergies, I appreciated that it was quite clean and fresh, but without using harsh fragrances or air fresheners. The bed was comfy and the surrounds were quiet. One note: if you're 6 feet tall or taller, you'll bump into the light fixtures, which hang low in many rooms. We'd come back any day for a getaway.
We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, well appointed cabin in the woods. We are horse lovers so we loved all the horsey decor. From front porch ‘sittin’ to backyard fire pit, it was warm and cozy. The indoor electric fireplace was great atmosphere and for needed warmth if necessary. It was raining so we missed using the grill and the fire pit. The location is very peaceful. We wished we could have stayed longer. It was very clean and supplies were plentiful. We loved the well written history of the ladybug in your area. It was very educational and interesting with good questions :-) and we didn’t suffer any ladybug invasion. We appreciated your book selections, and encouraging sayings.I would’ve liked to have had a check out list, a prominently displayed address for any emergency, a larger coffee pot :-) and bigger coffee cups, a curtain for the small bedroom over the window, a corkscrew for a wine bottle, and a table & chairs, for playing games and or eating together (these could be folding and stored in the laundry room-which was very nice by the way, but we didn’t need it this time :-).The silverware drawer in the kitchen, to the right of the sink, is very difficult to open and is a real nail breaker. Messages to the owner, we promptly & and respectfully answered. Thank you, thank you thank you for a wonderful space to connect with friends and family. God‘s blessings!
