Place was clean, cozy, and centrally located in a quaint suburban neighborhood. Centrally located with nice coffee and eateries close enough to satisfy your taste and fulfill your daily walking step goal. The patio is a venue plus. It offers a nice view of the neighborhood park, and a slither of thr downtown skyline. Aside from the view it offers, I suggest people watching and relaxing on it with a nice cup of brew.

This was an adequate rental, but maybe not the best place for seniors. Only because there were no grab bars in the shower and unloading our belongings from the street took a few trips after a very long day. We did have some minor issues upon arrival (lack of a coffee maker and paper towels, and the bedroom sconces weren’t working). However, the communication with the management company was EXCELLENT and they remedied the situation very quickly and to our satisfaction. This property is in a great location with a nice view of the park. There is a fabulous coffee shop and restaurant right up the street. I am sure this place will be great for most people, just not for seniors.

This was the best VRBO bay far! We have stayed at many different ones. The listing was exactly as described. The check in was easy and smooth. Communication was on point. If you are ever staying in Minneapolis, I would give this 10 stars!

Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely consider staying here again. The property is beautiful, located in a lovely, safe area, and the check-in process was seamless and very easy. The space was clean and comfortable, although not quite spotless, but it was still well-maintained and pleasant. My only disappointment was being asked to pay an additional 120 to check in just one hour early. Given the amount I had already paid for the stay, I was surprised that such a small accommodation came with a significant extra charge. It would have been a nice gesture if that request could have been accommodated without the additional fee. That said, it didn’t take away from my overall experience. I enjoyed my stay, appreciated the property and location, and would recommend it to others.
