Perfect place for our weekend getaway on the lake!

We didn't get to meet Gill but did talk to him on the phone and know he'd have been there if we needed anything. It was a cute condo and well furnished. Great neighbors too! Will definitely stay here again!

Great Condo

Gill was very attentive to any questions. Close to the lake and marina. The condo was clean and well kept. It was spacious with everything you need for a visit to the lake

Excellent location on Lake Lanier

We stayed in a 1-bedroom, which is small but cozy. The location is excellent, right on Lake Lanier. You can walk down the short path and jump right in the water. We brought our kayaks and floats. And it's a short drive to Port Royale Marina with boat rentals and good food and music at Pelican Pete's. Gill was very responsive when we had questions.

Perfect place and location for a weekend getaway or extended stay.

My wife uses VRBO for our Spring Break trips and I took a chance with her using VRBO for my extended stay for work. BOY AM I GLAD I DID !!! She was able to find this place and it was PERFECT. I was here two months and Gill was very attentive to my wants and needs. The setting is beautiful. The view of the lake is spectacular. I could stay anywhere, but I will be back here when the time comes for me to return for work.

Overall stay was nice and quiet. No issues with any one on the property. Management was always available. The only negative was you could hear through the walls,which is the way it is with attached units. We had a very nice 3 1/2 month stay. Thank you Gill!!

Great place to spend the summer!

We sold our house in 4 days so had to find a place to stay until our new house in a nearby retirement community was complete. We found this wonderful condo complex complete with an awesome and understanding landlord who stood by us as our stay needed to be extended 2 months. The complex is right on the lake and next to the Port Royale Marina. The condo is adequately furnished with plenty of closet space, a jack and jill bathroom, with 2 bedrooms and an awesome balcony. Being on the third story is a little like living in a treehouse!

Awesome condo!

I can't say enough good words about the owner Gill Mende and his condos. I needed a fully furnished place to stay while I was between homes and his condo unit A-3 worked out perfectly! I was there for two months and loved it! I would highly recommend his units because of the beautiful setting, laid back atmosphere, fully equipped furnished units, and Gills wonderful, easy going professional personality. I consider myself lucky to come across him and his condos because not only did I find a great temporary place to live but I also gained a new friend.

My Home Away from Home...

When I took a new job in Georgia I had no idea how difficult it would be to find a furnished condo at an affordable price. I stayed at a hotel looking but found nothing until I came across the condos owned by Gill Mendes on Lake Lanier. As soon as I spoke to Gill I knew that I had found a "home away from home" and not soon later I was able to bring my family there as well. It was the perfect place for my wife, son and 2 dogs to stay while house hunting. Gill and our wonderful neighbors at the condo made our stay so enjoyable. Everything about this place tells you that they care and that customer service is #1 on their list. I would "HIGHLY" recommend staying here for either a long weekend or an extended stay like me and my Family. You won't regret it for a moment and please tell everyone at Unit A, Joseph and Susan say hi. .

Great place on the lake!

I would definitely stay in one of Gil's condos again. He was great through the whole process, ensuring we had everything we needed. We stayed in A1 and had plenty of space to set up a pack and play while the sofa sleeper was pulled out. The location is great! We were there in the winter so we didn't get to enjoy the lake but the view was fantastic. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because of some quirks in the units layout. The neighbors were respectful but you could hear the upstairs tenant's radio and movement. The bedroom doesn't have a duct so the heat could only be directed to the bedroom and front room. Gil brought us an extra heater but the floors were so cold we used it in the front room to make sure the kids stayed warm, which resulted in the bedroom being chilly while the front room would get too warm. I think the property would be great in the summer and will definitely stay again!

Perfect one bedroom condo

Modern, up to date, cute condo, right on the beautiful Lake Lanier. The curator, Gill, was absolutely perfect.

Beautiful condo

It was very pretty and appears to be recently renovated. The view of the lake was somewhat obstructed by a small hill but it was a nice location. The condo stayed a bit cold for a late November stay but the owner was responsive and helpful throughout the stay.

Not as expected

We’re told we didn’t have a reservation Once that was confirmed. Only availability was on 2nd floor. Spouse has medical issues and stairs are difficult. Offered us a refund. Received most of the deposit back.

Good location

Good for a short stay. We cook a lot so the Kitchen could use some new pans. Owner should have a sheet available with internet info and checkout instructions. We just followed the typical since they weren’t specified.

A true hidden gem

I stayed in unit B7 of this property for a few weeks and it was absolutely wonderful. The setting is tranquil and safe with easy access to amenities. Gill the landlord and his wife are kind and helpful- they made me feel so welcome. It was an overall great experience!

Best kept secret

We stayed on the ground level apartment. Our view included a cove portion of lake Lanier and lush trees. Gill is a great manager of the property and is very attentive. We went to Walmart to get fishing licenses and fished from the docks. We loved our stay!

Great Lake Location

One Bedroom apartment suited our needs well over Christmas. Location was well equipped and property manager was top notch in communication and responses. All in all, a good place to stay!

Everything we wanted

This place is the perfect quiet getaway. Apt was clean and comfortable. Property was quiet and lake access was convenient. Owner couldn't be nicer and will go out of his way to make you happy. Can't say enough good things about pur stay. Thanks Gill!

We were born and raised in the Atlanta area and Lake Lanier has been a big part of our lives. It is just a beautiful place to relax and have fun.

It was our goal to have some vacation rentals on Lake Lanier within our portfolio of properties. Lake Lanier is a fantastic place to do all kinds of activities from watersports to camping to biking etc. With our vacation rentals we can share the fun with new friends.

We have 10 condo's at this property with 8 one bedroom units and two 2 bedroom units that we use for vacation rental. We also have four docks which we can use for our clients and their water craft. It's really turning out to be a great set up.
