Cabin was perfect for 4 fisherman, plenty of parking space for 2 trucks and boats, very good restaurant with in walking distance, many others with in short drive, private dock available, boat ramp a little tricky with bass boat.

The Cabin is one of our new favorite places to stay! We rented this house for the weekend before picking our daughter up from sleep away camp. I can't say enough great things, especially about the Bass fishing off of the Pier! You will not regret staying here.

The Cabin

My dad and I stayed at The Cabin in NASM and had a great experience! Very clean and just as pictured online. Great communication with the owner and we even got tocheck in early! Quiet area and a excellent restaurant on the water within walking distance.

A beautiful property right on Guntersville Lake at the marina

I rented both of the owners houses that were right on Guntersville Lake at the marina. I have to say I was totally impressed with every single aspect of these properties. First the size , big well equipped, kitchens, living rooms bedrooms everything was spotless. Air conditioner worked great .I would gladly rent here again in a heartbeat . thank you to the owners for providing such a fine property

My parents had a wonderful stay celebrating their anniversary. Beautiful property and the view cannot be beat. Close enough to many places while still remaining private. Definitely will keep in mind for another visit.

Cute cabin right on the water

We had a great time at this cute little cabin which is right on the water at the marina. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Very well appointed and had all we needed for our stay.

Charming cottage. Perfect location for us. Beautiful view of lake beyond sailboat marina. Excellent restaurant very close. Convenient to everything the town has to offer. Comfortable bed. Furnished w/everything you need. Definitely recommend.

Taste of Lake life!

This was our first trip to the Lake Guntersville area and this property was a great taste of the area! Tucked in a quiet corner of a marina, we enjoyed walking out on the dock and enjoying the sunset from the swing while hearing the boats rock in the water. We were close enough to any of the local restaurants and grocery stores we wanted to visit. House was exactly what we needed, clean, spacious, affordable, and cozy. If we're ever in the area again, we'll be sure to choose this location!

Wonderful Trip

Buddies and I do a fishing trip every spring. This is year our 13th year. This is one of the most convenient places we’ve stayed. The dock is right there within walking distance. You could also walk to a diner nearby. It had everything we needed for our stay. We brought two boats and had hookups for them. Overall great trip and we’d definitely book here again. If I had to pick to thing that’s the only negative is the zero cancellation policy. Because unfortunately life happens. But the rest was great.

A group of sailors purchased the North Alabama Sailing Marina to ensure this beautiful sailing water would be available for many years to sailors throughout the region. My husband and I are part of the owners group. We came to the local area 15 years ago from Honolulu with three children who love the water and needed to be near the water. We sailed in Hawaii and I earned my US Sailing instructor's certificate while there. I am a registered US Coast Guard Captain and avid sailor who likes to race sailboats. Since sailing at Lake Guntersville we have become fast friends with several other sailors who love the area and wanted to ensure the marina was going to be available for the community to use and enjoy...so we bought it in January of 2016.

The Sailors Group (TSG) has eight active family partners and we own 25 sailboats! We all love to sail and enjoy the water. With a labor of love we renovated the 2 bedroom "Cabin" so that others could visit Guntersville and enjoy the same great lake we play on.

Some of the partners are around the marina most of the time and can give you information of where to eat, pick up groceries or when you might be able to hear live music in downtown Guntersville.

There is nothing like a fresh cup of coffee in the morning looking out over the lake. The best lake access is right out your door...a launch ramp and ample parking are provided and at the end of the day you can walk next door to "Fire by the Lake" and enjoy a meal, something to drink and often live music out on their dock.
