Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room. Quiet location near the end of a cul-de-sac. Just over one mile from the historic courthouse square. Convenient to all the local amenities such as restaurants and shopping and an easy drive to Atlanta. (32 miles from the Atlanta Airport) Discounts available for monthly stays. Host lives in the neighborhood and will go above and beyond to make your stay a pleasant one.
Pets are welcome for $150 per stay.

Large master bedroom contains king-size bed.
2 bedrooms contain 1 queen-size bed each and 4th bedroom contains 2 twin/single beds.

This is a super lovely property in a great safe neighborhood. All we needed was there from shampoo to towels to comfy beds to coffee. The host has done an excellent job making the property feel like home and I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Excellent communication - amazing fresh ground coffee and tea supplies - very generous supplies of soaps toilet paper etc - we stayed 3 weeks and enjoyed the easy dog walking neighborhood and location to sons house and downtown newnan - new free pickleball center in Newnan is awesome

House was clean and well appointed. The host was gracious and provided materials for morning coffee. The light switches could have been labeled for less confusion but that’s not enough of a concern to merit anything less than a 5-star review. Very nice and comfortable stay

We spent 5 nights over Christmas and it was absolutely wonderful! The bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds, the fake fire place added a homey feel and the kitchen was roomy for cooking and entertaining family. They even put up a small tree! The space was clean and had plenty of towels and necessities. The bonus freshly ground coffee was a treat along with tea bags and hot chocolate for the kids/adults. Highly recommend- Thank you Janice!

The house was clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. It’s located very close to the interstate and downtown. Very convenient location! Janice stayed in contact with us before, during, and after our trip to make sure we had everything we needed. Her coffee was a super nice surprise and was so good! I’m happy I had enough left to bring back home with me to enjoy. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay in Newnan

My stay at this location was perfect and I recommend this property for anyone coming to Newnan, Ga. From the booking process, communication prior to arrival, our stay over the weekend, and the departure, we felt at home and very relaxed with the host and their property. The home was ready for our arrival with all the amenities listed plus some freshly ground coffee for our stay when we arrived. The neighborhood is very quiet and perfect for your stay in Newnan, Ga. Thank you for your hospitality over the weekend. We hope to stay here again next year!

Great Location and Better Coffee

Janice was delightful. We arrived very late but were happy to find a freshly roasted and ground bag of coffee. We are definitely coffee people and we truly enjoyed it over the next couple of days. The house was clean and cozy. The shower was nice and hot. The neighborhood is very peaceful. Although, when you enter the address into gos just know that it will tell you that you e arrived but you still need to keep coming back around the corner. We will be back to stay.
