The unit has a TV with cable, internet connection, a full kitchen with a stove top, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, plates, pans, and other
eating utensils. The unit is very clean, very comfortable with soft sheets. The interior is professionally decorated. The Cal king size bed, queen, & twin
comfortably sleeps 4. The bathroom has a shower and tub, a large vanity, an outside washer and dryer for
your convenience. Linens, bath towels, beach towels, blow dryer, and iron are also provided. There is an outside porch with a table and chairs and a BBQ.

**Private parking for one car is provided on the property, directly in front of the unit. Price based on two guests. Each additional guest is an extra $600.00 per month.

Very Private and Peaceful Home

Great location and loved that we were right on the beach. Very comfortable beds and inside decorations were very nice. Loved the outside grill and sitting on the porch with a great breeze.

Fantastic location

Comfortable clean accommodation in a great location. Right on the beach and Foodland supermarket and food trucks just down the road. I found it perfect for three adults to sleep. Luckily we didn't need the third bedroom which is very very tiny with a single bed.

The house was perfectly situated on the north shore, for me and my friends surf jaunt. a 2 second walk to the beach, close to the grocery store and all the best surf! Kat made check in and check out easy, and the house had all the amenities we needed. the yard is lovely and the house is comfortable

We loved this condo!!!

What a great place to enjoy on the North Shore, just steps from the best beach!! Accommodations, amenities, and cleanliness were perfect!! Owners were friendly and considerate.......Pupukea had yummy food trucks that are only a short walk, and the food is delicious! Food land for groceries also.. We would recommend to anyone!

We had a great stay at Kathy and Jim's rental. They were communicative and prompt from the start with answering our questions as we were deciding on a place to stay. We arrived to a spotlessly clean rental which had everything we needed. We were one house away from a beautiful beach and for that matter a few minutes drive from all of the renowned beaches on the north shore. We were also only a 5 minute walk from Shark's cove and food trucks and the Foodland. All very convenient. We would definitely recommend this rental.

Awesome Beach Stay!

We've always loved Ke iki Beach and to find this beach house steps away from one of our favorite beaches was a great find. The house was clean, well maintained, and roomy. There were 5 of us adults and we each had a nice bed to sleep in. This unit makes good use of space with some added surprises like a space for a young child or toddler. The owners were very accommodating and providing for our needs was a priority for them. I would definitely recommend this property to all my friends and relatives. Thank you for the delicious papayas Kathy and Jim!

PERFECT LOCATION!!! Beach within steps :)

This is a great place to stay on the North Shore!!! Very clean and relaxed. Location wise it doesn't get much better. Just steps to the beach (sandy and tide pools), amazing food trucks and even a grocery store. Owner was very helpful with recommendations and such. We will be booking here again. :)

Great location! Friendly owners!!

Clean, comfortable house with very friendly owners. Great location! A house away from the beach. Perfect to catch sunrises and sunsets. A walking/jogging/biking path is in front of the house, as well as a bus stop. The house is walking distance to some food and hiking, although a car is recommended. We slept soundly and had a wonderful stay!! I would definitely stay here again!! Bonus that the owners are awesome!! :)

Happy and pleasant stay!! Clean house, nice grounds, very friendly owners, situated a house away from the beach!! Perfect location to catch sunrises and sunsets! There's a bus stop in front of the house-in case you don't have a car. The house is walking distance to some food/hiking but a car is recommended. A nice walking/jogging/biking path is also in front of the house. We slept soundly and felt at peace, like you would in a comfortable home. The owners went above and beyond! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! :))

As described, ideal family unit close to the beach

When we arrived to the unit we were welcomed by the very friendly owner, Kathy. She showed us through the property thoroughly. It was clean and well presented with plenty of room for me and my family (4). Great kitchen space, big bathroom and lots of sleeping options. There was a king bed, queen bed, and 2 singles in separate spaces. There was a washing machine which came in handy, beach chairs, sun lounges and we were right next to the beach access, great to go down to see the beautiful sunsets. We were within walking distance to Foodland,Coffee Bean, Shark's Cove (great for snorkelling), and a few food trucks, great for lunch. Jim has great local surf knowledge. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and hope to return myself.

Great unit in a perfect location!

Having lived on Oahu previously, we were attempting to avoid Waikiki/Honolulu as much as possible by staying on the North Shore. This was the perfect unit for us! The proximity to Shark's Cove, Foodland, Haleiwa, and surf rentals made it ideal. Jim and Kathy were wonderful hosts, very accomodating, and acurately describe the unit in their listing -- which is always appreciated. The beach is AMAZING and just steps away. I couln't have asked for anything more and highly recommend this unit for those wanting to stay outside of Waikiki. We are eager to rent again!

Incredible

Amazing doesn't even come close to describing how wonderful this place was. Much more space than I saw in the pictures. It has everything you need for a great beach vacation. There was a hose on the side of the house to wash the sand off your feet. The beach was a 20 second walk around the corner of the house. The owners were so relaxed and very nice. I hope to do it all again next year!

Great getaway!

This property was just as advertised. The location is ideal...a short walk to the sandy beach, a short bike / drive to snorkeling. A few little extras left for my kids made it even more enjoyable. Beds were very comfortable! TV was barely functioning (but who goes to Hawaii to watch TV!) Hosts were friendly and available as needed, but left us alone to enjoy our vacation. I would highly recommend this home.

AWESOME Vacation Rental!!!

This is our family's second time staying with Jim and Kathy and they are AWESOME. So friendly and helpful. They have prime location, since the beach access is right next to their property. I'm from Hawaii and the north shore is my old stomping grounds and Jim and Nancy provide all the essentials for a home away from home. They even had sunscreen and Aloe Vera for when I was sunburned. Their rental is very clean and neat and authentically decorated with Kathy's wonderful art work! If you want a real "local" experience and don't just want to be another "tourist" in Waikiki, you must stay with Jim and Kathy on the North Shore!

Perfect North Shore rental

This was our first time staying in a vacation rental on the North shore and had an amazing time. The beach house had everything we needed and the location was perfect. The property is well maintained and very clean. Steps away from a beautiful beach where we enjoyed having morning coffee and sunset cocktails. Kathy greeted us when we arrived and was very conscientious about ensuring we had everything we needed. We will definitely back next year.

This house is a fantastic place to stay. It has every thing you need plus more. Jim and Kathy are very generous hosts, there if you need them or leave you alone if you don't. Location is excellent, walking distance to Foodland for groceries and right next to the North shore bike track so cycling to other beaches very easy. For surfers Ehukai beach park is 5 minutes by bike, rocky point and sunset under 10 minutes. Ke Iki beach is a hidden gem and just behind the house. Picking fruit of the Papaya tree for breakfast is hard to beat. We loved visiting the turtle at Laniakea beach five minutes drive down the road. There is a Bus stop out the front. Beautifully kept and maintained house. Thank you for having us.
