Great location, clean & quiet condo

We had a terrific stay at this cozy, very clean, and quiet condo. The location is perfect! The bus stop is a few steps from the condo. There is convenient covered parking. The hot tub is just across the street. Communication was excellent. The only reason why the overall rating is four stars instead of five is because the beds were not very comfortable—seemed like old mattresses for all of the beds. Other than that, it is a superb place.

Great for ski trips

We went here to ski Park City Resort, it was well situated to walk to the lifts, and the amenities there, like the hot tub, were good for recovering and relaxing afterwards. The property managers were able to answer our questions and help us with the check-in. Just keep in mind, that if you have a choice of cars to bring, the garage is on the smaller side, so a large pickup truck will have difficulty parking and leaving the garage, but it is not impossible. Something to keep in mind when planning for your trip.

Perfect Spot for Skiing

This property exceeded my expectations. Although an older property, it was impeccable clean, new carpet, new paint, bedding, and towels. Kitchen was well stocked, pots and pans new, all utensils new. Access to the mountain couldn’t have been easier. Bus stop is right out the door and is the 1st stop to the mountain. Upstairs has 4 beds and own dedicated bathroom. Club House/pool/hot tub are steps away from condo. Will definitely stay again! Warm and cozy condo. Highly recommend!
