This 2 bedroom, 3 bath condo at the base of Park City is located steps from the lifts and resort plaza. This is an independently owned, updated condo in the Lodge at Mountain Village. We can accommodate up to 6 guests with king and queen beds, trundle bed and sofa. Each sleeping area has a full bath for convenience and privacy. The fully equipped kitchen and supplied linens will allow for a comfortable and easy vacation. The unit features flat-screen TV's in the living area and both bedrooms. Down the hall are laundry, ice machine and a hot tub for a post-ski soak. Also a heated indoor/outdoor swimming pool, sauna, additional hot tubs and fitness center are on-site. Unit comes with wireless internet and one covered parking space. The convenience of this location allows for breakfast/lunch/dinner at the slope or other dining options close by. You also have the convenience of several ski rental shops right outside the door. This unit is also on the free Park City bus line to allow for easy access to Main Street's shopping and dining, Deer Valley, the Canyons, Olympic Park and the rest of what Park City has to offer! Whether you plan on vacationing in the spring/summer/fall for hiking, world class mountain/road cycling, fishing or in winter for some of the best skiing in America, we look forward to helping you with a terrific vacation stay.

    Perfect Ski Getaway - Fantastic Location & Comfortable Home!

    We had an incredible stay at this vacation home and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The location is unbeatable—just steps away from the ski lifts, and with a bus stop, shops, and restaurants all within walking distance, it made getting around super easy. Whether we were heading out for a day on the slopes or grabbing a bite to eat, everything was so convenient.The house itself was perfect for our family. The kitchen was well-equipped and made cooking meals a breeze, and the living room was cozy and spacious, offering plenty of room for everyone to relax after a day of skiing. The bedrooms were also quite spacious, with comfy beds that ensured a restful night’s sleep.Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable base for their ski vacation!

    Great location!

    Great location right at the bottom of the lifts! Close to rental place and restaurants in the resort center. Condo was perfect for our family of 5. Matt was great to work with and communicated well!

    Spring skiing

    The condo was perfect for our group of 4 which included 2 new skiers! It was steps to rentals and lessons for them and is a great place to learn to ski. The advanced skiers also loved the quick access to the mountain! The condo was clean and cozy and as described on VRBO!

    Amazing Location!

    We had a great stay at this condo, located steps away from the Payday/Crescent lifts. Owner and property manager are super responsive to questions and/or problems. Upstairs BR is a loft with full bath; there are also two full baths downstairs.

    Great place in an unbeatable location!

    This place was so great- the location alone is worth staying again! Right next to the ice rink and within about a 3 minute walk to ski school and chairlifts. The place itself felt so spacious for 6 of us. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen (while very small) had enough to make simple meals in. Definitely would recommend and stay again!

    Park City- Great Stay

    The location of this place was great. It was everything that we required. Could you some updating but that is irrelevant as I stayed skiing on the mountain. Would stay there again.

    Great condo in the best location

    Our stay was great and very convenient to everything we needed. The condo had enough space for our family of six without feeling on top of each other. The condo is 100m away for the lifts. The bus stop is at the bottom of the steps to take you downtown. The hot tub was a couple doors down and very nice after being on the slopes all day. The kitchen is a smaller but worked for making breakfast. We ate dinner downtown each night. The place could use some updating but that's just nitpicking. The owner was very responsive to address all my questions.

    location, location, location. bottom of main Park City lifts allowed us to come in for lunch and relax when skiing. ski rental (with free overnight storage next door) was great. easy underground parking, too. owner instructions were super accurate and made the whole process easy. we had a great time!!!

    Fantastic stay!

    Our family stayed at the condo New Year’s week. The location couldn't have been better, just steps to ski lifts, shops, and restaurants. The condo was thoughtfully laid out with two bedrooms and three full bathrooms - a huge plus when traveling with a family of four (mom, dad, and 2 sons-9 & 15), we all had our own space to get ready. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring we all got great rest each night. Having access to the third floor laundry room was a plus (bring quarters). The hot tub down the hall was a welcome relief after a day on the slopes (towels provided). Matt was an exceptional host - responsive and helpful. His communication from booking to departure was excellent, and he provided clear instructions for everything we needed. Would absolutely recommend this rental to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-appointed home base for their vacation. Looking forward to staying here again!

    Excellent location for ski base

    Easy walk to ski school checkin. Easy access to bus route. Parking was convenient. Unit was clean and comfortable. Laundry down hall. Outdoor hot tub in adjacent building. Indoor hot tubs in this building.

    Family spring break ski vacation

    The condo was perfect! The location can't be beat. You could easily walk to so many things. The lift are super close, ice-skating, rink, restaurants, and the bus just steps away if you want to go into town. The layout worked out well for our family of six. Covered parking in the building was a definite plus Would stay there again.

    Perfect spot at Park City Mountain Resort

    Nothing but great things to say about this property and the experience we had start to finish. Everything you could need to enjoy the perfect ski vacation is here. Steps to the slopes and underground parking. Clean and friendly and experience with property management, it was perfect. Would recommend to others and would stay again.

    Perfect spot to ski Park City!

    We're so grateful to our amazing host for the perfect spot in Park City! Amazing location - 5 minute walk to the slopes, 2 minute walk to the free PC shuttle that takes you everywhere. Lovely, sun-filled unit with everything we needed for causal meals at home and plenty of space to store all of our ski stuff. The building also has a great indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub, which we all enjoyed. Our host made everything very easy and was super responsive. Looking forward to our next visit already!

    Great Stay in Park City!

    Our family of four truly enjoyed our stay in Park City. The location of the condo is fantastic. Ski rentals are steps away as well as the lifts. It can’t be beat. The condo is nicely decorated with updated kitchen and bathrooms. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is small but we had great family meals during our stay. The included towels and linens are a nice amenity. It was perfect for us and our two teenage kids. We liked the security of the building/unit as well. The check-in process was super easy. Matt, the owner is very responsive and communicative. So helpful! The hot tub a few steps away from the unit was a nice luxury at the end of ski days. Bring quarters for washer/dryer which is located on a different floor but so easy with a heads up tip from Matt! We used a combo of walking, Uber and bus system to go where we needed. There is a great quick market a few steps away for essentials. We would absolutely stay here again for future trips and hope to do so!

    The owner Matt was easy to work with. Very clear instructions. The location can’t be beat. The space is very efficiently designed. They have three full bathrooms, which was nice. Definitely will stay there again.

    Great Stay

    First time to park city and we had a wonderful time. Family of 4 with my kids being 8 and 10 and first time skiers. The location here was perfect. Super easy to rent skis and a 3 minute walk to where the kids lessons start. Also really close to the first time lift so a great place again with kids. Parking is super convenient and the condo itself was great for us. Put the kids upstairs in the loft area where there are 2 beds. Would stay again for sure.

    Great value 2 min walk to lifts

    Perfect for family of 4 with 2 teens. Parents in master downstairs and kids in loft upstairs each with their own bed. Building is simple - old school lodge from 70s or 80s - but clean and can’t beat the location. Kitchen has been updated - small but nice and everything you need. Bathrooms more dated (looked original) - but clean and functional. Elevator in building nice for arrival and departure w bags. Only 1 flight of stairs up if want to walk though. Parking super convenient right below the building. Ski rental literally 10 steps out the building entrance. Another 100 yards or so to lifts. But far and hilly to walk into downtown PC in winter, but we had car and drove in several times. 3 minute drive. Overall a great value for a nice condo right at base of PC.

    Our family of four stayed here during ski at Park City. It’s truly ski in and ski out condo. short walk to ski lift. My husband and I stay downstairs, our two teen boys stayed upstairs at the loft which has a queen bed and day bed so they two enjoyed sleeping in their own bed. Kitchen is a bit smaller but it’s good enough for four of us.
