Nuestro pintoresco apartamento es un lugar maravilloso para las personas que desean relajarse, ir a pescar o disfrutar de las atracciones cercanas. Tales atracciones cerca de nuestra ubicación en San León incluyen el popular paseo marítimo de Kemah, el área de Seabrook / Clear Lake, el Centro Espacial de la NASA y la playa de Galveston. Great location, easy access to Houston and Galveston.

We met our kids there for Thanksgiving and a week of just hanging out it was great.Carol, our host was wonderful very accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

Nice apartment with a nice view

If you're traveling alone (or with a significant other), this place is perfect. Has a deck with view of the water. Only things is you need to be OK with climbing many stairs to get up the apartment.

Nice, clean small room priced right!

Great price for the efficiency room. Everything was clean and perfect for a couple to stay in. Owner was very helpful and self check in and out is so convenient!

Nice apartment with beautiful views

We had a very enjoyable stay. Our hostess was warm and considerate. She tried to anticipate all of our needs, and was very responsive when we contacted her. We will definitely consider staying here again. Also appreciated that the property was gated so we felt very secure here. The apartment was also very private.

Good place to stay

The location of the place, for what I was doing, was perfect. Right on the water, next to the marina, couldn't be better. The owner of the home was very kind and accommodating. She let me park a boat in her yard and put up with us leaving at 5 in the morning. A couple things about the room. The view is great. Really heard to beat it. The outdoor patio is nice as well. Inside is nice and clean and everything looks brand new. The only off putting this was the smell but it wasnt bad at all. There was a bit of a musk to the place but I attributed that to the pilings that are used to build a beach house. There were a few roaches but thats to be expected being on the water. Finally, the "kitchen" is small, they have a toaster oven, toaster, microwave, and full size fridge. Over all I loved my stay and would be back, just be warned that the place is small. Its like an efficiency where the bed, kitchen and table are all in one room with a separate bathroom. (Which was very nice by the way). The next time I come I think Ill come with my wife or daughter and not another fishing buddy. That was a bit odd when we looked at the bed and then looked at each other. We ended up doing paper rock scissors for the bed. (Then again I should have known that) Great stay at a great price. Ill be back.

Just perfect for me.

I was trying to finish my book, I was writing and needed a quiet place. This was perfect. Carol was very accommodating and was not intrusive. It's a very simple place but clean and quiet. Plus the security gate was nice and kept my ZR1 safe. If your wanting to eat. Bubbas is alright. The fried fish and shrimp were good. But the Topwater grill is the best! Great oysters and fresh fish. I can't recommend Topwater enough. When I start my next book I'll be back.

4. We would like for our lovely guests to enjoy our apartment, but to also properly take care of and preserve it for our next guests.
5. Pets are only allowed with conditional provisions.
Please disclose the number of animals, the age, size and breed.
It is the guests responsibility to pick up dog waste in the yard and disposing of it properly. Please be respectful of the next guest and help is keep the yard clean
6. Please respect our no smoking policy.
7. It takes 2 flights of stairways outside to access the efficiency apartment. There is no elevator, so guests must be able to climb stairs.
8. There is a private gate to the property. There is also a private entrance separate from the main house to the apartment.
9. ID needs to be verified at time of check-in, it may be requested of you to provide a state issued form of ID.
10. There are no children and no extra people allowed during your stay. The apartment is suitable for two people only.
11. Late Checkout Fee: $25.00
12. Weather conditions: There shall be no refunds due to weather conditions.
