Welcome to our brand-new 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit in Dead Man`s Flats, Alberta! Just a 6-minute drive from Canmore, this modern retreat is perfect for comfort and relaxation. This spacious unit features two plush king beds, for extra sleeping space, there’s a pull-out sofa bed, ensuring everyone in your group has a place to rest.

Step into the fully equipped kitchen or fire up the BBQ on the patio for effortless dining options. Unwind with a dip in the pool or a soak in the hot tub, or stay active in the on-site gym. Right outside the resort, a picturesque creekside trail invites you to explore on foot or bike. In winter, enjoy easy access to some of the best skiing in the region.

Professionally cleaned and sanitized, this unit offers a safe, welcoming environment with stunning mountain views from every window—a tranquil oasis you won’t want to leave. Guests can access the entire resort, with a single keycode provided for convenience. The pool, hot tub, and fitness center are available during your stay.

The resort offers an underground parking garage (multiple cars possible, no assigned parking spots or registration necessary) and an aboveground parking lot with 1 parking spot per apartment possible (registration with Indigo and a specific Promo code provided in checkin message)

Our family came out to experience Banff and ended up falling in love with the whole area. The stay was in a great location for accessing the parks and the facilities were great. There was plenty of space for our family, my wife and I and 4 of our kids. The place was super clean and had everything we needed. Would love to stay again if/when we make it back up from Tennessee.

Everything you need for your mountain stay!

This is a perfect VRBO. Clean, new, with everything you need for your stay. Easy parking, a full kitchen with all of the appliances you need, a gym, towels, pool and hot tub. It is out of town, but a very short drive to Canmore and 25 mins to Banff. There are also a lot of hikes very nearby. Highly recommend!!!

The suite was beautiful, clean, and well equipped. The beds were so comfortable that I reached out to Joshua for information on the make and model! Our daughter, son-in-law, and granddaughter enjoyed the hot tub and pool. We strolled around the community and beside the river, looking at the beautiful houses and yards. The community is small and quiet which is why we chose the location.The check in instructions were easy to follow. Joshua responded very quickly to any questions/comments I had. Weekend Getaway!

An absolutely beautiful condo in the mountains! From the moment we walked in we were in love with the place. Two gorgeous bedrooms, one with a large bathroom and king bed. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need! The heated pool and hot tub are perfect temperatures for the cold winter weather. Emma & Joshua kept in touch with us all weekend with recommendations on things to do, places to shop. We will absolutely stay here again!
