Why they chose this property
In 2021 I was touring Helen and came upon this land. At the time, it was covered with trees but I still had a vision -- a vision of this house pointed right at Yonah Mountain. The neighborhood took issue with my design and the way I wanted to orient the house. But luckily, I was able to get it approved to build.
What makes this property unique
It is one of the only properties in all of Helen, GA that is up on a hill pointed directly at Yonah Mountain. Most structures in Helen cannot even see Yonah Mountain.
