Our stay at Just the 2 of Us was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The property description was completely accurate—the location was perfect, offering a peaceful mountain setting while still being just a short drive from downtown Helen and all the area's attractions. The layout was comfortable, spacious, and exactly as advertised, and all of the amenities we needed were available and in great working order.The cabin was exceptionally clean and very well maintained. It was obvious that the owners take great pride in keeping the property in excellent condition, which made it feel welcoming and relaxing the moment we arrived.The owner/manager was wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. Communication was prompt, friendly, and helpful, making check-in and our stay completely stress-free. It's always appreciated when hosts go the extra mile to ensure guests have everything they need.We would absolutely recommend Just the 2 of Us to friends and family without hesitation and would gladly stay here again on a future visit to Helen.During our trip, we explored several of the area's beautiful attractions. Anna Ruby Falls was breathtaking, and we highly recommend taking the scenic drive to enjoy the many mountain overlooks, especially Hogpen Gap. For food, Hofbrauhaus Restaurant was a great stop for authentic German cuisine, and MULLER'S FAMOUS FRIED CHEESE CAFE was a standout—don't miss the breakfast Schnitzel! We also loved grabbing coffee at Dog Gone Coffee before heading out for the day. One of our favorite experiences was visiting Yonah Mountain Vineyards, where we enjoyed a delightful wine tasting in a beautiful setting.Overall, Just the 2 of Us was the perfect home base for experiencing everything the North Georgia mountains have to offer.
