Ideal for small families, couples, and business travelers.

You can comfortably sleep 8 people, and entertain a few more if you so desire!

Very cute little home in the middle of an adorable queen Anne neighborhood. Wish I would’ve known that the lower backyard was shared with guests in the lower part of the property. Might not have been reading this correctly… had a few maintenance issues, but the owner was very responsive and got it all fixed within a reasonable timeframe. We enjoyed the pet friendly atmosphere and the beautiful walks through the hilly neighborhood with its unique 70s architecture.

Communication back and forth with the host was very easy and reliable, the house and rooms were clean and organized! We were blessed with good weather during the trip and were able to utilize the backyard and deck space, though we were unaware the backyard was a shared space and the basement of the property was a separate listing hosting other guests. I would suggest rent a car or be ready for uber fees as the house is nestled in the Suburbs.

Overnight trip

My partner and I and some of our friends were staying for a concert. Not only was the booking process easy, but Muni was very communicative through the whole process! Checking in and out was a breeze. Parking was easy. The little yard was perfect for our dog as well!

The property is perfect for a family of five. The location is excellent - a quiet neighborhood but quick to get to downtown and also the Interstate. There is also a spectacular view from the master bedroom. The owners were very helpful and communicated well when we had questions. It was great that the property had AC as we were staying while it was quite hot. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good base to explore Seattle and the surrounding areas.

Nice house, great location

We enjoyed our stay and the host was very responsive. We knew there was another unit downstairs and would have given our 5 stars overall. However, we could hear more than expected between the units. Not a deal breaker but not my favorite.
