Keyless entry lets you arrive on your schedule. Check in times are generally from 4pm-10pm, please update us on any deviations from this schedule. You'll receive your unique access code and detailed instructions on how to use the lock 24 hours before check-in. And just in case there’s an emergency backup key on-site if the internet ever goes down.

The space
This entire home is designed for comfort and longer stays, balancing cozy shared spaces with thoughtful details for work, rest, and family life. The living area is bright and welcoming, with natural wood accents, and comfortable seating. A 40" TV, record player, sound system, and a selection of books, DVDs, PS4 gaming system and board games make it easy to unwind, whether you’re watching a movie or listening to vinyl while the fire crackles nearby.

Amenities
The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking, with ample counter space and everything you need to prepare meals at home. A dining table seats six, keeping conversations flowing over shared breakfasts or slow dinners after a cool day outside.

Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps up to six guests across three bedrooms, each with its own tree themed character. All bedrooms feature comfortable beds with memory foam hybrid mattresses, blackout curtains, sound machines, phone chargers, and clothing storage. All bedrooms include TVs, while one offers a dedicated workspace with office supplies and a second computer monitor. Hair dryers, makeup mirrors, and robes are provided to make settling in easy.

Bathroom
There is one shared bathroom with a shower and tub combination, a well-lit vanity, and bathroom essentials provided for your stay.

Even in winter, the fire pit invites bundled-up evenings under string lights, while the forest platform offers a quiet place for stretching or mindful breaks. Before booking, please review the house rules to ensure this home meets your needs. This is the lower unit of a two unit renovated home. Our peaceful home is part of a separated duplex, offering private entrances with comfortable space for you to enjoy and relax.

Each unit features its own entrance, as well as separate BBQ and outdoor living areas, ensuring you have plenty of space to relax and enjoy the outdoors. You’ll have all the privacy you need, while also enjoying the tranquil ambiance of the neighborhood, yard and creek. We have a shared yard for recreation & relaxation, dogs, and children. Additional pet fees and policies apply and proof of vaccination/flea & tick protection will be required prior to stay.

Your Thornton Creek host is a registered nurse, and we are proud to work with other medical professionals to provide restful housing. We offer patients of our local hospitals and their families lodging during necessary but difficult times. We are centrally located to the following medical facilities:

Thornton Creek is wheelchair accessible and we have provided a shower chair/toilet riser/grab bars for any disabled visitors with advanced notice.

We are dedicated to offering a comfortable and natural environment for all our visitors. Please note that some of our bedding contains down feathers, and our decor includes natural and cowhide elements. Because we are a natural environment, animals and insects are seen on occasion. We have professional, environmentally friendly, pest control services monthly.

Exterior cameras are at the front door of each unit and another overlooking the parking area. There are NO inside cameras. However, we do monitor for sound decibel levels, smoke, and number of people present.

Prior to your stay, we require you to complete our Pre-Arrival form for the guest checking in, and sign and agree to our Rental Conditions and Pet Rules.
