Godetevi il vostro Smoky Mountains soggiorno tra le cime degli alberi in Treetop Oasis. Dormire dieci, questo tre camere da letto, tre-e-un-metà-bagno di cabina di log è il luogo ideale per il vostro rifugio di montagna. Ottenere un buon riposo notturno in una delle tre strutture queen-size, o due letto-divani per ricaricarsi dopo una giornata intensa. Selezionare camere da letto dispongono di caminetti a gas, bagni privati, vasche con idromassaggio, televisori e accesso al ponte.

Il soggiorno è dotato di un impressionante,, camino a doppia faccia di pietra sovrapposti, un televisore a screening, e un sacco di posti a sedere per tutti di rilassarsi. Beautiful place.

We'll only stay for a few days but the views are beautiful and the cabin was cozy. Most everything is at least 30 minutes away, but if you're looking for seclusion, this is the place to go.

BROTHERS COVE: THE ONLY PLACE TO STAY

Have stayed at BROTHERS COVE many times in the past. The cabins are wonderful, the mountain views are spectacular, and the staff at the front desk are second to none!!!

Management was very nice but our home was not ready for an extra day.

We had an issue with our home not being available the day we had it booked (previous booking did not leave), but we were upgraded for the first night to a bigger home. It was an inconvenience as we had to pack our stuff up the next morning and leave everything in our car until our original home was cleaned. Because of this we were not able to get groceries the first day because we had 6 hours the second day with nowhere to store them. Tracie with management did what they could to make it right, it just wasn't the experience we had booked, planned or payed for.

Beautiful views...bad experience

I visited this home the second week of April for 5 days. The views and location were amazing, however we had an issue with our fridge. Before heading to the house we purchased almost $500 of groceries from Costco and Kroeger for 7 people for the 5 days. Our fridge did not cool the first night and we had to throw away some dairy products. We were then given a replacement fridge the second day which also did not cool. The third day we had to throw away some of the meat at which point we were given some ice until eventually on the 3rd day at night we were given a functional fridge. The management did give us a $100 credit, however it took time away from going in town and enjoying time with the entire family to deal with this issue for three days. We wanted to relax for the week and this caused some issues.

Beautiful and peaceful

Our stay was beautiful and peaceful, the most incredible view. We made amazing memories here. My only complaint is that the online listing did not share enough information about how difficult the driveway would be, or how tight the parking pad was. We had to make a 3 point turn to get in and out of the driveway safely because this is situated on such a steep slope.

Great Getaway!!

The cabin had a spectacular view and the minor flaws I shared with the property manager upon departure. We were supposed to have more family come however we only had 4. The cabin "sleeps" 10 but that would have been a very crowded fit since 4 would have to sleep on sleeper sofas and share full baths in the bedrooms which takes away privacy. The cabin was a perfect size for the 4 of us. The drive up to the cabin is NOT meant for an inexperienced driver. Overall, we had a fabulous time!!

Wonderful cabin with great views....

Property does sit up high, and driveway is a bit tight to get into and out of. Inside of cabin was just as described and expected however we were disappointed that the pool table had been removed and there was a slight leak of water into kitchen from upstairs bathroom. All in all it served our family Thanksgiving very well!

Awesome experience

This is an awesome property with lot of good views and we really had a good time in this property. Minor communication gap with checkout process which was annoying us while checkout otherwise everything was really good

Needs Major Work

The view in this cabin is beautiful there is no doubt about that but the cabin itself is in disrepair. The first thing we noticed when we walked in was the floor in front of the back door is completely rotting out. It was raining when we got there and there was water seeping in through the walls of the cabin. We were in the hot tub and noticed that one of the posts that supports the upstairs deck was not supporting the deck above. I think this cabin needs to be shut down to fix some major maintenance issues but other than these things the cabin was beautiful and we had a great time.

Stunning View

We met a group of friends here and really enjoyed the view. The staff at Brothers Cove was extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this cabin as it is at the top of the mountain on the back side so you won't see much of other guests. Really gives your that secluded mountain feel.

great place but difficult commute to town

Great looking place but has a lot of maintenance issues i.e. floor is rotting out, pipe from tub was leaking into our bedroom, ac cannot work below 71 degrees. Would recommend if these problems we're fixed.

Beautiful views..inconvenienced experience

We stayed at the cabin for 5 days. The cabin itself and the views were amazing. However we purchased $500 worth of groceries for the week for our 7 guest staying in the cabin. The fridge did not stay cold and it took until the night of the 3rd day to finally get a working replacement. We lost some food and dairy products. Management did credit us $100 for the lost food items however having to place food items our beverage cooler and then have warm beverages and going down the mountain to get ice took away from time my family was able to spend together during the week.

Total relaxation

We were there in March and it was wonderful. The view is breathtaking. The neighbors are a little close and we're very loud but that was ok.

Beautiful High View

Celebrated my "50th" Birthday there in February'17. NR is a great place to stay, have stayed in Brothers Cove several years and all chalets I have been in are clean and service attendants were very helpful, kind and quick to respond to any issues. I only wish they would sell ice and wood :)

Great view, good interior, amenities

We visited Oct 2016 with 3 friends and families, we had great fun. The bed rooms were spacious and well structured and use of overall space, full kitchen. Bathrooms were clean, Jacuzzi was fun.Negative feedback - 1. the grill was charcoal based but it had some holes and need improvement. 2. There was water outage during one afternoon and we had to follow up multiple times, The problem eventually solved the next day. It will be great if management is prompt and takes more faster action for these issues.
