We came up for the weekend from the valley for an concert and this place is very clean, pleasant, and the staff is very kind, as well as the price is great on a budget. We will put this on our list for a solid short stay motel.

This place is fairly clean but quite old. The train which is quite active is not too loud at all. Our room was not great though on the secobd level. Although it was clean it smelled moldy and indeed thenathroom ceiling had mold. In addition the bathroom fittings were nit in great shape. The room needs a refresh for sure.

Exceeded expectations! Noteworthy: The owner/manager is a pleasure to speak with during breakfast. He is a wealth of local knowledge and happy to share. Our stay was very clean and quiet!

The room was pieced together by packing tape from the floor to the ceiling. Upon opening the door there was a giant wolf spider above the window. The beds are on metal trundle type frames which made noise the entire night. The "breakfast" consisted of cold boiled eggs, two types of cereal with cold milk, coffee and frozen pastries....oh and Sunny D as the juice option. We stayed at a comfort inn the last day of travel and was miles ahead of this place. It is a cool looking spot with the mountains in the background, however, not comfortable, no breakfast, and very outdated rooms. Not worth it!!!

My husband and I were scheduled to attend the annual Bluegrass Festival in Flagstaff. Perfect place to spend the night in my book. Clean and quiet. We will come back if we have to stay in Flagstaff overnight.
